SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE! my husband has an important inspection on his dress whites tomorrow so we went and bought a new top and pants thursday after he was told about the inspection. we brought the uniform in friday morning at 0800 to get the sleeves hemmed, the patches sewn on and both pieces dry cleaned! we were PROMISED it would be ready by close of business today! i went in to pick it up at 5 and they said "oh we cant find the uniform anywhere and just looked at me"! finally the girl found it and the shirt hadnt been touched, not dry cleaned, hemmed or had the patches sewn on! i asked if they could do it by 7 since thats when they closed and she said no the girl who doesnt hasnt been in all weekend with no explanation why! the only thing done was the pants dry cleaned! i told her i wanted all my stuff and i wasnt paying for the pants and all she could say was "oh i know"! so now my husband is left with no uniform for tomorrow! i cant believe the poor customer service and lack of consideration! they at least couldve called me this morning and told me! i couldve taken them somewhere else!

Oxford is the dry cleaner of choice for many of the soldiers at our three military bases in the Beaufort-Port Royal-Parris Island area. Their location helps with the Marines at Parris Island, but they earn the business as well. They are prompt, well organized, helpful and cheerful. The clothes come back well cleaned and well pressed, and I have had no issues with the destruction of buttons etc that I had with other local dry cleaners. There is a experienced tailor on premises. I have used her only for simple matters but according to friends she can do more complicated tailoring as well. Parking is easy and they have a drive thru. I recommend Oxford Cleaners without reservation.

If I could give zero stars I would. Expensive. Used this place when I first moved here. Thought the first time was a fluke. Went back, same experience as the first. So if youre looking for a place to donate money to just so you can go home and press your clothes yourself, hit this place up. If youre looking for a good dry cleaners to properly press your clothes, look elsewhere.

Wonderful staff and owner! I enjoyed my experience and will be back. Thank you for such a great experience!! Same day service before 9 am and sewing on premises. I needed both and was able to get both in the same day. Not always the case, but definitely well worth the wait! Thank you!!

Took expensive drapes in on a Monday to get dry cleaned. Picked them up on a Saturday and got ready to put them up and spots are still there!! I didnt pay $$$ to get these cleaned if they werent gonna be cleaned... I will be taking them back and they can retry again for free.

They know they are the only a few cleaners and a place that do alterations and they abuse it. Done go there for military items because they dont know the refs and on top of that when shes never there.

Asked to simply put name tapes on a woodland blouse in 3 days. Said theyd do it in 5. I said it was cool. It never got done.
