Excellent personalized service and only the highest of quality workmanship are the norm at this sterling, yet very affordable, shop. I must confess, over the years they have spoiled me terribly as a customer! Garments are done to perfection down to the final exacting presentation details: the crisp feel of a shirt, the collar support, the clipped sleeves to keep them wrinkle-free, the ties on French cuffs, the carefully placed padding in suit sleeves to have them maintain their proper shape – details indeed, but details that point to the individualized care given to your garment! The workmanship is terrific and it is done promptly. They have consistently met my most difficult of deadlines - and there have been many over the years, far more than I’d care to admit - they have always done so with a can-do attitude, making me feel welcomed! Which brings me to their greatest asset by far, their awesome personal touch, it is genuine and heartfelt and that makes all the difference. It just doesn’t get better than that and it will always keep me coming back!

I have been looking for a dry cleaner that is affordable yet good. I work at Tiffany & Co. I have to be in a suit all day everyday, and I need to look sharp always and set the standard for our clients/customers. They need to know that when they walk in to my store and see me, that they are in a place of luxury and class. Town custom cleaners has given me great results time and time again. I literally pass minimum 5-7 dry cleaners on my way to them but I do it gladly when I know the quality is there. The price is a little high but when it comes to your suits you get what you pay for, and Im not willing to sacrifice on quality. I recommend them to everyone I know, men and women alike. The owner is wonderful, humble and has become a friend. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating, its a pleasure every time I walk in. Give them a shot and you wont regret it.

Robert - Feb. 10, 2012 The name says it all "Town Custom Cleaners" Is the best CUSTOM dry cleaner in town, WITHOUT the Custom dry cleaner prices... I have been taking my business shirts and slacks there for years and they are pressed to perfection. In addition, the personal level of service and care is unmatched anywhere in South Florida. Whenever I walk in, I am greeted by my name and feel like I am part of the family. Believe me when I tell you, that I have tried many dry cleaners with poor service, broken buttons, un-removed stains, but this is NEVER the case with Town Customer Cleaners, they get it right every time and my clothes are always ready on time. There are many dry cleaners out there, but there is only 1 for me: Town Customer Cleaners.

I am Dr. L. Rivera and I have been a customer of “TOWN CUSTOM CLEANERS’ for approximately six years. My Job requires me to participate in multiple conferences, and meet with multiple government and private organizations—sometimes with very short notice. My duties demand that I maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times, as well as a cleaners service that can help me meet the short suspense’s. Tony..For the past 12 yrs I have been taken my dry cleaning to one place and one place only Town Custom Cleaners, there are places where you could get customer service and others where you could get a quality job, others will charge you a cheap rate but in the process sacrificed quality. Well in Town Custom Cleaners I found a GREAT service, SUPER quality a very FRIENDLY atmosphere and reasonable prices. You can TRUST them with all your dry cleaning. By the way I live in Broward and travel almost 20 miles each way every Saturday to pick up and deliver my dry cleaning, although gas prices are up the trip is worth it I highly recommend you try them is worth it.

I have been a loyal customer for the past two years and I can honestly say that I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the customer service. Naseem learned my name after second visit and made me feel like my business was both desired and appreciated. I have patronized several establishments in the area on a continous basis and none of them know my name nor do they care to know my name. Customer service is a dying art in todays market, but Town Custom Cleaners epitomizes both customer service and quality workmanship. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a customer for many years to come.

My name is Danny and I have been fortunate to find a very special cleaners. Town custom cleaners know how to treat their customers. They take that extra step to get the job done. For example, I own a dress shirt that had a terrible yellow stain on it. The gentleman took an extra couple days to remove a stain that wouldnt come off. When I went to pick the shirt up, the shirt was as good as new. I was amazed he was able to remove the stain. Thank you Town Custom Cleaners for your effort and dedication. Town Custom Cleaners provides great, personalized service at affordable prices. From my second visit to the store, nearly four years ago, I have been greeted on a first-name basis when I walk in the door. The clothes are washed and pressed in the store, so my clothes are always clean and ready by the time they say it will be ready. They have never lost any of my clothes nor have there ever been any unexpected delays. The level and quality of service is excellent. I trust them like family because they treat me like family.

For over 20yrs. Ive taking our dry cleaning to Town Custom Cleaners, trust me when you walk in there doors you are greeted with personal, professionalism, the staff outstanding!! If your ever in doubt of a stain dont panic take it over to Nazim or Mama they know exactly how to treat it, I no longer panic. Ive been coming to this dry cleaners for about a year now. They have provided excellent service with the hometown feel. The owner, who happens to be bald, is the major reason this place is a five star dry cleaner. He has treated myself and my family with utmost respect and courtesy. It is a family owned/run business which I highly recommend this drycleaner if you live in the neighborhood.
