I researched several Storage facilities and ended up visiting 3 locations in Charlotte. Bassey & Savannah could not have been more helpful. They were very honest, thorough and accommodating. I came back on the same day at 5:45 pm and Bassey patiently entered the new customer info and I was moving my items in immediately. They are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm which fits my schedule perfectly as well as being extremely clean and secure. I felt more like I was being served dinner at a nice restaurant! Highly recommend using Extra Space Storage on Wendover Road if you want to feel comfortable about your belongings for a good price.

The people working at the front desk are very friendly and willing to take the time to help me out when needed. I visit there the other day and the guy at the front desk had to help me three times, but didnt seem to mind. (I felt kind of bad, but I was really struggling). The storage units are indoors and climate-controlled, thus the name. The price is reasonable and are monitored by cameras (which is a relief for me). I needed a unit right away when I relocated and it had all the things I needed. There are no binding contracts as to how long you rent a storage unit.

A friend called around and wrote the information down based on the friendliness over the phone and the rates that was given, I went in the next day with my food truck and the service in person was just like my friend shared the previous day. I started with an online search for nearby climate controlled storage spaces....found Extra Space, had a brief online chat at the call center....made a reservation, within a minute...Assistant Mgr. Savanna phoned me to confirm reservation. Later in the day I stopped by for a tour. Very easy and efficient.
