We helped our son move to Charlotte, NC for a new job. We used a Uhaul truck and figured we would just use the Uhaul storage where we dropped off the truck. However, they were full. While driving to another Uhaul storage facility, we passed a Public Storage. We stopped in and they were full too, but they searched and found another Public Storage facility a mile away - 9026 Crump Rd facility. We drove over there and found the cleanest, most well-organized storage facility weve ever been to. Our service associate, Max, was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and competent. We signed up for a unit and were out of there in a flash - for less per month than Uhaul and for a VASTLY cleaner and better maintained unit. Our last Uhaul unit had a strange odor and insulation that fell down on our stuff that we are still trying to get rid of. This unit was spotless and odorless. Were confirmed Public Storage customers now! Thanks!

I came in to rent a few spaces from this property a couple of months ago. Today I received a call from the Manager William, who was checking to ensure my stay with Public Storage was going smoothly. I told him it was and I appreciate the times I come by the property and he waves and smiles or is cleaning and tidying up the property! I have my own business and I wish I had a few employees to help run my property this way and give good service. Thanks Public storage and thanks William

Just rented a small storage unit from Max. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the contract. He showed me the unit before I decided to rent it. He asked good questions to make sure he knew exactly what I needed in terms of storage and offered suggestions on additional products that I might be interested in and he was able to answer my questions about the contract. The rental experience was very efficient and friendly. I would recommend this location.

My father and I went in to check prices because he will be moving in with me so we needed some place to keep his stuff. Rachel was wonderful. This was our first time ever needing storage. She helped us pick the size we needed and took the time to show us different sizes. She made this process so easy. They even have boxes and we had no clue. Very clean and safe as they have a gates facility and security is important to us. Thanks Rachel

I just got done renting a unit from this location. I have rented here before when it was still budget and uncle bobs but I have not rented since public storage took over. I was very happy with my experience. Rachel was very nice and made sure I understood everything that I needed to know before I left. The facility was very clean and Rachel was such a pleasure to work with.

Max did a great job helping my wife reserve and pay for a unit today. He was courteous, listened well, answered her questions and took the time to help her and educate her, not just rush through the paperwork and try to get her into a unit. We cant speak to the overall facility but if its anywhere close to the service we got from Max, well be satisfied.
