Let me start off by saying lashanda is one of the best employees in customer service Ive encountered in a very long time. She was kind from the moment I walked thru the he door. Her smile was so welcoming and she so personable. I had no idea what I was looking for because this was the first time I needed a storage unit. I told her I didnt need the unit until November. She showed me several sizes before we decided on a 10x15. When the time comes I will definitely use this storage facility. For this young lady to take her time with me and show me several units with a smile. She definitely deserves recognition. Thank you lashanda for everything

In a day where customer service seems null and void it was quite refreshing to patronize a business and get excellent customer service without even doing anything. After calling and getting an operator who was amazing and willing to walk me through an online reservation and then getting a call immediately afterwards to confirm and say thank you I was extremely happy. Then upon visiting the Beaufort location and speaking with Cat in person and on the phone several times the customer service was still amazingly consistent. In the digital age, people wearing a smile in person or over the phone still matters. Thank you.

Thank you Public Storage for a great experience. The store was clean and organized. The staff was very exceptional. When I first inquired about renting a space Cat was great. She showed me a unit and talked to me about my needs. I had some issues come up and I could not carry out my rental agreement. Upon my return to Public Storage Lashanda helped me out and she was awesome. She helped me find the perfect unit close to the door and showed me around the property. Lashanda was very professional and extremely nice and helpful. She provided exceptional customer service. Thank you so much.

After a home fire, we stored household furnishings here for almost a year. The people that work at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They deserve an A+! The actual storage facility, however, is somewhat lacking. The security gate was broken and nonfunctional the entire time we did business with this company. Inside the actual storage units, there is definitely a problem with rats! They can be heard scratching in between the walls and rafters, and their droppings were all over the storage unit! They chewed through a gallon jug of water, and also chewed on some furniture.

I walked into this public storage and met a very beautiful young lady that was truly amazing, Before I entered I called and she gave me clear directions! she was extremely beneficial and took her time with me. when i entered and saw her gracious smile and warm customer service I knew this was a place I wanted to do business! She took care of me in a swift and professional way I RECOMMEND THIS PUBLIC STORAGE , and hope that anyone that goes into this public storage has the same wonderful experience I had!

Lashanda was kind from the moment i walked through the door. She took her time and explained everything to me. Unfortunately ahe didnt have the size i needed. I was very empressed when she took me outaide to see a space,the space was the size i needed (the space she took me was reserved for another customer). This young lady was amazing. She looked up a few placed in hilton head for me but that was too far to drive. I just want to say i really appreciate the customer service.

Lashanda is a kind and warming person. Whenever we go in for shipping supplies shes always so helpful. I havent encountered anyone as kind as her, with the world we live in today customer service representatives arent as warming The The office is always clean and the service is outstanding. I went into the store once and she had at least four customers and lashanda greeted each and everyone of us. She made everyone feel welcomed.

The storage site is very clean. The staff is professional. The reservation process went pretty well. Our real estate sale closing was delayed, thus our move out date into our self storage unit was deferred a couple times. The manager worked with us to extend our reservation deadline date---to make it less stressful. We are quite satisfied with Public Storage in Beaufort, SC.
