Nice facilities, horrible customer service. I rented a unit for one year, and they raised the prices by $20, not once, but TWICE in a 12 month period. Even the employees inside agreed the price hike was too steep. The second time I moved my things out. I would not recommend this self storage to anyone. Go to a place where customers who pay on time are appreciated.

Supernice folks, newly renovated facilty & very convenient to my parents new place. Much better experience (& nicer units) than the storage place Ive been dealing with up north. Could use more parking slots OUTside the gate for people coming in to open an account

Always seems clean although they always seem to have gate issues didnt effect me as my unit was inside the building but outside units are not as secure as I would like.
