This was the worst thing that could have ever happened to a human being... They took everything from me and threaten me if I complained they sold my hard earned work everything I ever owned. For no good reason I have nothing bc of them they sold all my things and took the proceeds and the manager that did it quit.. And I got left wit h absolutely nothing not even a photo one my son who has passed away...I have no personal memorial items even my mom things I cherished all gone over 69$ Be Aware please they really hurt me and caused me suffer mentally and hurt over my property ... This happened to me and it can happen to you keep watch I have more to show and more to prove I will post a picture of the police report to prove it these people really stole everything I own for no real good reason at all and then threaten me if I complained about it and I did contact the police and I did contact the news however because I am an African-American woman I got the middle finger but there is a police report TuneIn cuz I will post it

Who owns Penny Pinchers? The woman who works there is a thief, a liar, and a crook. Never store anything at Penny Pinchers. The woman who works there cuts the locks off your storage unit without your permission and allows herself and other people to steal your belongings. She refuses to take your payments if she knows you have valuables stored in your unit, then she steals and sells your belongings. She networks with the auction buyers and profits from the sales. If you complain she has you arrested by giving false statements to the police.There is a very criminal operation going on there.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! again, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! The owner/manager is very rude, and unprofessional. My payment was late due to my circumstances for a couple of months. I communicated with her on this, told her when I would be able to make my payment, (which was in the same month) it was just going to be late and she continued to harass me EVERYDAY as to when I am going to pay her!!! I asked her to STOP calling me several times and she continued to call and harass me.. She does not follow proper collection standards. I would give her NO stars if I could

This is the place you want to store if you run a small business. First of all the units have electricity and lights. Its not just storage. Upon talking to other running businesses storing at Penny Pinchers I began to wonder just why Ive been spending SO MUCH money on commercial workspace. Gary is so helpful, he lets me receive mail there, use the fax and his WI-FI. His attitude is if he helps me to succeed, Ill be here long term. Well Ive been here for 6 months now and Frankly I cant find any space even close to being this cheap.

I rented here for a bit more than a year. During that time, they lost 3 monthly payments. Even though I had the receipts, they refused to discuss the matter with me. When I tried to discuss this with the manager, she emailed me a 4 page essay on the evils of customers. Attempted contact with the owners was ignored.
