I have been renting the same spot here for over 10 years and have seen several property managers coming and ago, but Lydia and Josie are the most down to earth and professional that has ever been here. Always willing to help or work with you and just a pleasure to talk to, always friendly and greet you with a smile. Being a business owner I know how rare it is to find people with a good attitude and they have it. I highly recommend you stop and see them. UP DATE!!! There has been a pine tree in the Middle of the parking lot on Hilton Head Island Office Park since hurricane Matthew For a company this size I do not understand why an issue of this magnitude should be lingering for this long. there is no Excuse for this situation.It is not the property manager It is the area supervisor of them probably division supervisor then probably somebody in California and who knows from there. we have been here for 12 to 15 years.My sore is not Toward the property manager or the employees of this property is for the supervision that makes this kind of call.

Excellent experience throughtout the total process. Worked with both Josie and Lydia. Both were well informed on the total process as well as any questions I had about the facility. They met me at the location and showed me the different options that would fill my needs. Total process from begining to end was very professional and well explained. We love taking our jet skis with us on vacation, but HHI is definitely not trailer-friendly. After much research, I found this Public Storage on line. I booked for a month for about 1/4 of the greens fee at Harbour Town. It was VERY convenient - the storage area is huge and is tucked in behind the movie theater off of office park road. Literally just behind the strip mall, hidden by trees. The staff was great, the place is very secure, and it is within minutes from Sea Pines, Shipyard, and the launch under the cross-island bridge. Highly recommend!

First off, Lydia Meraz is by far the best property manager that this location has had over the years. She has always been extremely helpful letting us know the availability of parking spaces or enclosed facilities that become available. She continually monitors the property and is always very personable and receptive when we have questions or concerns about the upkeep and maintenance items that need to be addressed. I hope Public Storage recognizes what a true asset she is to this facility.

Weve rented a spot for our trailer and boat the last 2 summer trips and have had a very good experience both times. Lydia helped us both years and is so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic to have our business. We appreciate that the staff there makes you feel wanted as a customer and not that youre putting them out. I would highly recommend this storage location because of their friendliness and helpfulness. Lydia, youre a real joy to work with...well see you again next summer! :)

Needed parking space for our cargo trailer for our vacation week. I found this PS location through their national reservation center. It was right around the corner from where we were staying. Upon arrival, Lydia and Sandra were excellent in getting us set up. The property is tucked in behind a shopping center, so it can be a little tricky to find the first time, Overall a great experience and I would recommend this location if it fits your needs

This was the first time I have worked with this facility. Lydia was both exceptionally professional as well as personable. She walked me through the storage unit, which was clean and well kept, and then met me at their office to explain the contract and insurance. Again, she was highly professional, and her explanation was crisp and clear. All in all I was 100% pleased and will certainly recommend Public Storage to friends and colleagues.

At first I called Public Storage and booked several storage units on the phone and the employee who handled my call was polite, professional and enthusiastic which was refreshing! Then when I went to sign the contract, the manager Lydia was wonderful too! She was very appreciative of our business and we felt like we got the VIP treatment and had definitely made the right choice for our storage. I would hightly recommend Public Storage!

I dealt with Rachel at this facility. She was extremely helpful, quickly worked through the paperwork and then showed us the unit. She made sure the door slid up and down smoothly and made sure we understood where the lights were, how to access the security gate and answered all questions. She did offer to sell us packing supplies and boxes but was not the least bit pushy. Overall a five (5) star experience.

My family and I recently came down to celebrate the 4th of July on Hilton Head. Mike was extremely helpful with parking our jet skis at Public Storage, since we could not go into Sea Pines with them. He found a spot for us, helped to find the best possible price, and did so with a smile the entire time. I would recommend anyone that needs a place to store, to go and see Mike.

Well I was pretty skeptical about the location and I went there to rent a unit and by the package supplies from there as well the young lady that was working Brittany was very polite and helpful and insure me that it was a great location and everything will be paid I love this public storage is really nice and it was clean
