If I could give no stars I would. I went with Uncle Bobs because they had a deal going on where you would get a free rental truck with your storage unit. An hour before Im supposed to pick the truck up to move my items to my new apartment, I get a call that there are roaches and ants in the cab of the truck... Trying to give the benefit of the doubt, I reschedule for the next weekend with a different truck at another location. After sleeping in my new yet empty apartment for a week on the floor, I get another call on my new truck rental day with the more bad news; theres another issue with the new rental truck I reserved. So Im told my only option left is the truck with roaches and ants...disgusting and unacceptable. What baffles me is that it took until an hour before I was supposed to use the truck again to be notified of the situation so I was left with minimal time to come up with a back up plan. Even more so, why were no measures taken to resolve the infestation problem within that ENTIRE WEEK? Sounds like a serious management and sanitation issue to me. Do yourself a favor and dont bother using Uncle Bobs, because if theres ever a problem, youll be told its not their fault and to deal with it.

Mr.Torres was awesome....my dad needed alot of help and was stressed out when he couldnt find his key..getting his lock cut, getting a new one, forgetting his gate code, etc etc lol. Mr.Torres was kind and very patient. He calmed my dad down by being funny and having a light spirit about the situation. He was very pleasant to be around and had wonderful customer service. Im extremely happy that my dad rented with them and that Mr.Torres is up front to represent the business. Mr.Mitchell was very patient and understanding about my fathers situation as well. He waved a few fees for him knowing he was going through a rough time and was very compassionate. He allowed us to prorate the month and have my father move his things out in a very generous amount of time. These employees are just so kind and helpful and it was some of the best service you could have from a storage facility. Thank you guys!

Hospitality was nice and had the sizes of storage units needed and availability. Clean units and proper temperature. Customer service personnel is always helpful and courteous and greets you with a smile. Overall it is a good place to do business and meet nice people. Willing to recommend this company to others for a place to come when in need of storage units for there personal items. Easy to find and secure location! Customer service is the best Ive ever had at a storage facility! Email I received about my reservation was confusing and misleading but the man on duty fully explained everything to me and that made a huge difference! Ill be telling all my college friends going home for the summer to store there stuff here!

This was a great place the people were very helpful unfortunately they did not have the size unit I wanted but they then looked at their sister stores and then looked at their competitors and found just what I needed that is true customer service I will come back for all my storage needs in the future
