I would truly recommend this location to everyone that I know. First impressions are the most memorable. Upon entering through the business doors I was immediately acknowledge and greeted by an awesome property manager named Jenny. I felt like I was with family. She truly made me feel valued the moment she spoke and is extremely knowledgable of her profession. In my lifetime Ive had several business relationships with companies and by far this experience goes down in history as the ultimate experience. Thank you so much Public Storage but especially Jenny. Keep doing what you do! A true professional more companies could learn from you :)

I recently visited Public Storage with my niece to get information on the different size storages for her college belongings. Ms. Shelley was very helpful in helping us pick out the right storage. Ms. Shelley took her time to show us the different size storages that was available at the moment. I recommend this particular location to anybody who wants to purchase a storage. Went by the facility and spoke with a very nice young lady named Jasmin. She was very helpful and was able to assist me in picking out the size unit I would need for what I would be storing. Jenny was assisting us with a rental unit. What impressed us the most was her willingness to show us that a smaller unit would work fine for our needs instead of trying to sell us a larger unit at a much higher cost. Not too many people would do that. Jenny was very knowledgeable about how much would fit in each size unit. Highly recommended.

Jenny is great! She is super nice, very accommodating, and truly cares about her customers. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her customers are happy and that they know their things are safe. The gate entry codes are different for each unit and the site has 24-hour surveillance. I 100% recommend this particular location to others!

Started off well, but turned into a nightmare. Had rats in the unit and unexpectedly raised the prices. Then charged us $150 for using the dumpster, and we had to buy another lock $22 to even go to our storage unit.
