I came in to get some information and see the sizes of the storage buildings. I found a lovely young lady named Candace. She was so helpful, answered all of my questions, and was very patient with me knowing that I wasnt ready to rent that day. I will be back in December to rent, especially knowing that this company is so customer service driven. The facility was very clean, and she showed me how easy it would be to access with a large truck delivering our furniture. I was a little weary when I found out that she may not be the one to help us, but she assured me that we would be taken care of in the same fashion as she has. Whomever has some big shoes to fill. See you guys in December, and thanks for everything Candace!

My experience with Sara Hooker (Public Storage facility on Rosewood Drive, Cola. SC.) is that she is very professional very in dealing with the public clientele. She is courteous and has demonstrated a very high level of knowledge concerning her job requirements. Also Ms. Shakita Roland (employee at able referenced location) has demonstrated a very courteous disposition in dealing with clientele. She also has exhibited a high degree of in carrying out job responsibilities. Both of these employees are exemplary of the definition of professionals.

Sarah is great to deal with. Condition inside of the units is always clean. Today was the second unit I rented there. Employee is great! Corporate policy does not allow any special deals for current customers, even if they rent an additional unit. For example, the move in special does not apply to existing customers, yet the admin fee is charged with each new unit. Corporate needs to step up and not be so greedy to loyal customers...

Darrell was very helpful in getting us into a storage unit on Labor Day. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the entire process was done in a very short time. He also followed up by phone to make sure that everything was satisfactory. He should be commended for his attention to customer service. The facility is clean with easy access to the unit we chose.

Joanna and staff gave great customer service. Very sweet and attentive. Went that extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with every step during and after the rental. Im glad I went to this location. With the carts and elevator it makes it easier for us older people to get our stuff to our units upstairs. Thanks again for everything.

This location was referred to me by a friend last minute. Very clean property with knowledgable friendly staff. I like that there were plenty of options and sizes and climate controlled storage too. In and out so fast, it was like I wasnt even there! Definitely recommend!

Well maintained climate controlled facility. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, but they dont take any BS. Theyre pretty upfront about the terms of the lease agreement and will hold you to it.
