Today was my first experience with utilizing a storage facility. Thankfully "Extra Space Storage" was our first and only stop! The Store Manager (Alisia) made it a truly wonderful experience. The customer service and knowledge that she possessed was extremely helpful! The facility is VERY clean and well organized! The prices are great as well along with competitive with other storage facilities that weve received advertisements for! This place is "Top Notch"!

I had the best experience here involving losing my storage keys. Management was not only helpful, they were extremely polite and kind in helping me gain access to my storage unit and replace my lock. I had a slight cough that morning and they even gave me a bottle of water to help! NO OTHER STORAGE FACILITY HAS EVER TREATED ME WITH SUCH PROFESSIONALISM, KINDNESS, NOR MADE ME FEEL SO WELCOME. Thank you Extra Space! Highly recommend!

This facility is brand new. The staff was very good an answered every question I had. Only problem is that the buildings are not numbered so you have to remember which lane to go down. Also as you drive in the units are numbered so that to see the number as you drive in you have to turn around and look behind you and not in front of you as most do.It is very convenient.
