Very clean facilities. Easy online process to speed thing up, being I was needing to get in and back out. Arrived at location to finish paperwork and was mislead right off the get go. Was told that Public Storage requires you to take out insurance and than gave me 3 options to choose from. After questioning this she than backs up on this statement. I start to go to the unit and she than tells me that it is blocked by a truck but she would go tell them to move so i can get in my unit. After she talks to them she comes back to me and tells me it will be 20 to 30 min. Asked if she can reasign me to different unit and was told no, paperwork is done on that one and rides off on her golfcart. Finally get to my unit and find I can not get in unit due to her not taking their lock off of door. Go to office and no one is there. Locked up with sign on door that they will be back in 20 minutes. I call customer service and was told district manager would call me. Still waiting on that phone call.

Today, September 12, 2015 I had the pleasure to having Miss Mesha to assist me with my move in to my new unit. She treated me with five star customer service and insured that I was pleased with the unit that I reserved online. I found her to be very caring, knowledgeable about the products and services that PS offered. I know that if I ever have an issue and/or concern with my unit that Miss Mesha will do whatever she can to help remedy the matter. It feels great knowing that you are doing service with someone that not only cares about their job but the customers they serve. Miss Mesha....keep up the positive attitude, willingness to help, and going above and beyond. I hope greater things continue to work in your career and life! BIG HUG!

A few friends recommended Public Storage at 2229 Ebenezer Rd. in Rock Hill. We are so glad we decided to follow their recommendations. Sharese has been the most wonderful person to work with. Everyone in our family enjoys seeing her when we stop by our storage unit. Sharese is always hard at work; but still stops to share a smile and kind words and helps out in any way she can. We highly recommend Sharese and Public Storage on Ebenezer. We have been and continue to be very pleased with our experience there.

This is my first storage unit and the best quickest most friendly experience ever! Thank you to matt and kristy ! They went above and beyond to helped get my unit and boxes and matt even helped me place them in my car. They treated me like family and did not rush at all they are a wonderful team together and separate! Although neither of them work at the property they represented your company like the did. No questions one of my best customer service experiences in 36 years!!!

Experienced a stress free, no hassle reservation and check-in. Shareses personable manner made you feel like you were dealing with an old friend. There are no words adequate to display the customer skills Sharese has. Can only hope the folks at Public Storage recognize that. As far as the unit goes it was clean as a whistle. Only downer was Public Storage misleading advertising campaign -- first month rent for a $1; is not available at this location.

Needed to purchase more boxes a few days ago, when I stopped in Kristy was dealing with a rather difficult customer. Not only was she very professional but she maintained her composure extremely well under the circumstances. I ended up having to leave due to time frame but returned to check on her since I was concerned about her well being. She was very polite in helping me get my boxes to the car and loaded up. I was called ahead of time by Wanda from this location to confirm my reservation. I was greeted by Wanda when i arrived at the facility. she was very pleasant to talk with. She was very detailed in all that I need to know about the facility. She also showed me all the options with the moving supplies,insurance,ext. Nice to see good folk like this during a stressful time as we are moving away. Thanks for all of your help today Wanda!

I have been with Sharese and Jim for about a year now and they could not be nicer to do business with. They are ALWAYS ready to help with movers, helpers and any other thing you can be in distress about. They are wonderful caring people who understand that moving is a veritable nightmare !! Thank God for people like them. They are a real asset to Public Storage..... and the human race !!!

Stopped into location and was greeted by two lovely girls, Mesha and Sharese. I explained that I was looking for supplies to help with my move, Sharese offered all kinds of products that I may need and explained the benefits. She was very knowledgeable. Both extremely friendly. Ended up only purchasing one of the packs but will definitely be back as I need more.

I was looking for 5x5 storage this location didnt have available the lady April was very helpful and friendlyAssisting me looking at other locations for what i needed.She was very informative and she went over and beyond to meet my needs!!!
