I told them that I needed a work space and that the temperature had to be within a certain degree, after setting up the temperature was never within that range, I tried to get the extra months I had paid for but no dice. Apparently you lose everything if you move out. So what ever you do dont pay ahead. They say they told me that but I guess the hearing aids and sound collector didnt give them the idea Im deaf.

Worst place ever. I called every payday to pay my storage THEY NEVER CALL BACK! so now my stuff is goint to auction because they cant return someones phone call. Me being out of state its not like i can drive over there... thanks for NOTHING you POS

I rented a unit for a short time - The facility was secure and monitored and the access times were convenient. After normal hours access was provided via secured gate entry with a private code required. I would use the facility again.

Went and thought we were moving. Paid in a months advance. Decided not to move and was a week later. Went back to tell them I didnt need it and they would not return my money. Dont go to them they r ripoffs and very rude people.

Called today for operating hours, got disconnected after listening to the automated answering service. Called again, got a human. Asked if they still provide propane refills. Gal said sorry, not since April 2007.
