My issues first started with several attempts to set a card up on auto pay with no luck. Even though I gave them several different card numbers in case it was my fault. Next, after I received a call on day 1 of my honeymoon from the Rock Hill Police Department stating that my unit had been broken into, I was then charged the $12 for a new lock because I wasnt home to put a new lock on it and "it wasnt their responsibility to secure my unit" and was told by SECURE Self Storage that "unfortunately break ins are up". Because I wasnt immediately able to get out to obtain my key to my new lock because, again, I was on my honeymoon, my keys were then mailed to the address on file, which was my parents home since I was in the middle of a move. After a week and a half of no key, I called to see if they had actually mailed it because we still had not received it nor was a note left at my parents home from the postal service stating that we missed them. I was told that the postal service is slow first and then that it was mailed and they guess nobody was home to sign for it, so thats why we didnt have it. After they tracked the package they discovered that it was listed as undeliverable as addressed and was sent to some undisclosed location but "if they received it back they would let me know". Meanwhile, I have no access to my unit and will be charged for an additional month if I do not vacate. So I took matter into my own hands and cut the lock that I was forced to pay for that was currently on my unit to be able to access the things that I needed and to vacate so that I wasnt charged for another month. I then receive a very unprofessional call, again placing blame on me, that I couldnt cut the lock that I owned to get to the items that belonged to me and that the lock that I put on my unit wasnt secure enough. Clearly if I can cut the lock that they provide it isnt that secure either. I would never refer anybody to this establishment

We have been doing business with Securecare for three (3) years in Rock Hill. We have had no problems and our inside stuff is always kept with climate controls. We feel confident and secure with having our good furniture in storage with them. AutoPay monthly Bank Draft works without a hitch. Store manager, Ms. Carolee in very professional, friendly and aims to please. Area Manager, Mr. Colby has always went out of his way to help the customers. We like this storage company.

Ive been storing there since December 2011 for business inventory. Always have the charges taken out as specified. They put packages in my bin for me and usually call me when I get something in. Im happy with them. Never had any issue with the people who work there.
