HORRIBLE COMPANY. The owner/manager is a jerk and hes a rip off. He overcharges and attempts to rip you off for work not done or completed or agreed to. The owner is surely a person who thinks that its ok to act in this way. Make sure you keep your receipts and also make sure you investigate him and look elsewhere for services. Hes not a reputable person and lies too much and does not complete work properly AND WILL SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER THEN TRY AND CHARGE YOU FOR WORK NOT COMPLETED. There are plenty other places you may seek for to have your vehicle repaired in Charlotte NC.

As other reviews have stated, they are some of the most honest mechanics in the area. They have some of the best prices around (I checked), and they also do extremely good work. I brought in front and rear brakes for them to install on my car. After looking at the car, they told me that I only needed front brakes, even after I had authorized both sets to be installed. This cut my installation cost in half. My car now stops better, and it cost me about one-fourth the price of the dealer.
