The owner Joe is very very rude.. They supposedly fixed my girlfriends transmission wiring in her car for 800$... They suggested at the time that the car might need a computer and do the wiring first,so we did.. After about a week the car started to stall just as it did before they supposedly fixed it!!! So we called and they said that its the computer and it will cost about 500$( so now were almost at 1300$ for the car)!!! We were goin to get them to get the computer and fixed it !!! We jus asked that they jus work with us on the price for the computer!!!! They owner joe ended up cutting us off while we were talking and telling us that he is done with our car and wont work on it anymore!! I was very surprised on how the owner acted!!!! I usually dont do reviews but I wouldnt recommend these guys after this !! I thought they were good people and wanted to help us out but it seems like theyre just all for the money !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

So let me point out first that RC Darnell (the guy who answers the phones) had to comment five stars really dude? This business is a fluke. They overcharge and will flat out rip you off. Ive been here two times and had to take my car back both times. IM WARNING ANYONE WHO GOES THERE DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE. These guys do not know what their doing. One star will never be back.

I have been going to Auto Tune for years because the service is good and the relaxed, but professional, attitude is great. They are very knowledgeable of your automotive needs and understanding of peoples situations. Even new customers are treated like they have known them for years. The free wi-fi is great but the coffee could be a little better but hey, nobodys perfect.

Joe and his staff really out did themselves. Not only did they fix my car for much lees then I was excepting it drives better then ever. They even emailed me pictures of my brakes and shocks to explain where the problems were.
