I can see why the prices for services are no longer posted outside where you drop your car off anymore. $30 for the basic oil change, ($5-10 more than any other quick-lube type place in town), and $40 for high-mileage oil! (5 quarts of which costs approximately $3 more than the standard oil) Oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours and $70 dollars, even though there was only 1 car ahead of me in line when I dropped it off. They didnt get the tire rotation right, either. I dont have a fancy sports car, just a 2000 Malibu with normal, non-directional tires, so when I get my tires rotated I expect some sort of standard rotation pattern. Nope. No cross-over, just front to back. I guess theyre hoping that you dont notice and your tires wear out faster so they can up-sell more items. When I complained I was told that they never cross sides unless you specifically ask for it when you check your car in for servicing. Ridiculous prices for sub-standard service. I wont be returning, even though they claim that future tire rotate/balances are free.

Abysmal. If youve got more time than money, this is your place. I went in to have four new tires put on. There were two cars ahead of me already being worked on, having the same job done. I waited two and a half hours for them to even start on my truck, and then another hour and a half to finish the job. Not even a, "sorry its taking so long" was offered. I felt just as bad for the man there getting his oil changed. Thats a 15 minute job at a competent shop...it took them over an hour. The last 20 minutes of that his car was just sitting in the bay with the hood down. Employees there are polite, but they take so damn long. I cant tell if Walmart hires lazy employees, or if they are just paid so little theres no incentive to get work done at more than a snails pace. Either way, this place is awful. I re-torqued my lug nuts as soon as I got home since I dont trust they torqued them properly. Ive got lifetime balance and rotation on these tires at Walmart, but theres no chance Im ever going back.

Went to buy tires and get an oil change. They had the tires I wanted, but refused to put them on my truck because the door sticker called for LT tires an I was trying to by passenger rated Goodyear Wranglers. Fine, just the oil change then. Synthetic on line price was $38 and change. Nope, the price is 44.88. Fine, does that include a grease job? Yes. OK please make sure they grease the ball joints. You guessed it, ball joints never touched. My owners manual calls for 5 quarts, they charged extra because they put in six. They will never touch my truck again.

Called about 4:30 pm for new tires for an appointment. We were told no appointment was needed as long as we were there by 6:30pm. We pulled up and were helped immediately. The attendant had a digital device to look up our tires, scan our VIN and print a bar code for us to return. The price was HALF of what a tire place charges. They estimated 45 min. The car was ready in 35 min. Comes with an awesome lifetime rotation package. Everyone was fast, efficient, helpful, and very nice! I would recommend this Location to everyone.

Piss poor service. Absolutely no one in the work bay, had to find someone to help. The rude "technician" who did come out doesnt know how to read a tire depth gauge to save his life. Avoid this place like the plaque. Go to Tire Kingdom, its cheaper and the staff is a lot better to work with.

To start no one answered the phone to at the Titusville Walmart Tires & Auto. Then after I paid 50 for a oil change only (no tire rotation included) they didnt clear the oil change needed code on my ecu.

Absolutely ridiculous.... put on hold multiple times and never get an answer go to the store tell them about it sorry bout your luck ... wait 4 hours for one tire
