We are very pleased with the excellent customer service we received from George & Co. We called them to see about pricing a new unit. They came out and measured and asked us a lot of questions, in order to provide an accurate estimate of our needs. They led us through all of the steps for purchasing and answered our many questions. (We wanted to get rid of our noisy inside unit and just have everything outside the home.) The techs came, took out our old unit , and installed the new unit all in the same day. They were very knowledgeable and professional and the end result is Amazing! We now have a new unit, which is working perfectly, and we are very thankful for the excellent service we received from George & Co.

Went to bed the house was cold ..woke up getting to be an oven! At first we thought it was just the high humidity then we thought it was the AC filter ..by 11 oclock we knew we had a problem I had it set for 70 and it was 80! Checked online and saw that George and son had great reviews.. gave them a call ..the people were so nice ..she said one of the guys is in your area will try and fit you in within a couple hours. Dave knew exactly what the problem as soon as he gave it a look. Had the part fixed it ..done in a half an hour and he said you got your AC back ! he was so nice they were great!
