Mike Bertolino came to my rescue when I had water in my ceiling in my dining room & was pretty sure there was more water up there. He had a busy schedule already when I called with this "emergency". His scheduler got a hold of him right away & he called right away and then stopped by my house to see what was going on. Sure enough there was water pouring out when he cut the ceiling open. He figured out the problem and fixed it. I am a real estate agent but needed someone for my own personal residence. From now on I wont use any other plumber and I will recommended him & his son to all of my clients. He really saved me from what could have been a huge homeowners claim.

Always someone you can trust to do the right job well done. Hes done all sorts of work for the local restaurant chain where I work. My wife, who works with all sorts of contractors every day at permits and inspections at the city, hit him up when a pipe inderneath out front yard burst just recently. I didnt even realize she knew him too, but it was a pleasant surprise when he showed up that morning! He fixed us up super quick!
