I highly recommend Cole Electric for all of your electrical needs; they are professional, affordable & reliable! Scott Cole & his crew are top notch! I had a bad experience with another company who improperly installed an electrical panel at my rental property & improperly diagnosed/repaired several electrical issues including a 250 Volts to outlets with floating/loose neutral connections, disconnected grounding rods, and blown surge suppressor (just to name a few) that they installed. It all led back to the improper electrical panel installation. I called Cole Electric for a second opinion and they quickly found all of the issues. They recommended that I call the City Inspector out to inspect the electrical panel before they completed any work due to the potentially catastrophic errors they found upon initial inspection. The owner Scott Cole walked me through the process of working with the city and ensuring proper procedures were followed and everything was safe. He and his crew made sure they were at my property when the inspectors arrived. His crew then went through my entire home inspected and corrected all electrical issues I had and installed a new electrical panel. When the city came out to do the final inspection after all repairs were completed he made sure they were there with the Inspector for the final results. I have told all of my co-workers and friends what happened and have recommended they call Cole Electric.

Having relocated to the Hampton Roads area weve needed a variety of contractors and have depended on others for recommendations. Cole Electric handled two of our home inspection items and did so exactly as requested. One item depended on another subcontractor before Cole could finish their work and as soon as the other sub was finished, Cole followed through to completion. We were so impressed with their professionalism that we asked Cole to recommend some energy-saving ideas for our lighting. They provided thorough, expert advice to accomplish our goals and completed that work in a timely fashion. Their electricians stay focused on the job, working diligently and conscientiously--and theyre clean and tidy--which says a lot these days. So we chose Cole to upgrade our electrical panel as well. When the work was completed, again very timely, Scott Cole came over and walked us through the new panel and answered any questions. All this after he and his lead electrician had thoroughly explained everything to us prior to commencement of the work. Cole Electric is a knowledgeable, talented group of electricians who do not disappoint; they listen and care and take the time to put your mind at ease. Cole Electric is at the top of our contractor list for their professionalism and work ethic and we highly recommend them.

The kind of fun people you want to work in and around your house. They were able to come out on short notice and do a temporary fix, and then just a few days later to do a complete repair/replacement. They worked very quickly and I was definitely impressed.
