I lost power to my water heater. I call them to see if they could come fix it. I was leaving on vacation the next day. I left my cell phone number with the answering machine. They call me the next morning to set up an appointment. I explained I would be gone for a week & could I have them come first thing on the day after I got home. They were here at 8 am. It turned out to be a circuit switch in my breaker box. They had a part on the truck. fixed it quickly & for much cheaper than I thought. I would highly recommend them for any electrical problems. I know that this is the only phone call I will make in the future.

After i called about service they explained the earliest they could do the job was in 10 days. When he arrived 10 days later he was not prepared to do the work. I was promised a quote for the next day with add ons. After another 10 days : no quote or call back. I called 3x in that time. Completly unprofessional. The work has since been completed by a competator, they came out the after i called them and finished that day.

Weve been calling on Roche Electric since Daves father owed the business. They are dependable and they stand on their word. A great family business. Thanks for doing what you do....and doing it well. They have installed a new water heater, a new air conditioning unit, an exhaust fan, and countless electrical jobs! Oh, and they even cleaned our duct work! We would not call anyone else.

New Years Eve day; hot tub breaker went bad. I placed a phone call at 9:00 a.m., expecting it would be a few days until someone could come out to fix the problem. However, I was pleasantly disappointed .... within 2 hours my hot tub was back up & running. I am impressed! Look no further, these are the electricians to call!!

Dave Roche himself came out on a service call to evaluate the condition of our pool heater (heat pump). Dave arrived on time, was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and gave me lots of good information about maintaining the unit. The cost of the service charge was reasonable and the total experience was great!
