Its been one year now since Monyer Electric professionally installed a 22KW Generac Generator to power our entire home in the event of a power outage. We have not experienced a major power outage during the first year, but we are ready! Within seconds of a power failure our gener-ator will provide enough power to everything we normally do inside of a day...cook on the electric stove, run the washing machine, run the refrig-erator and power lights in every room if we want! We were cordially re-minded of our annual checkup coming due and we were scheduled the same week after letting David, the inside contact at Monyer know of our intention. We were pleased to find three (3) levels of maintenance service available...good, better and best, all of which were reasonably priced. Rest assured, we feel comfortable having Monyer Electric maintain our generator, because we know it will be done correctly... the first time, every time. If you are debating whether or not to install a Generac Generator, dont delay. Give Monyer Electric a call and ask for David. He will take the best care of you and address all of your needs and concerns. When he learned that we will be selling our home this Spring, he attached a copy of the 5 year extended warranty we purchased at the time we purchased our generator. Its transferable to a new owner! Its the strongest selling point of our home, backup power generation, any time its needed. So, I leave you with two thoughts: make it Generac and have it installed by Monyer Electric. Nate Monyer the owner is easy to work with and will extend a highly competitive quote. We shopped around and settled on Monyer and were so glad we did. You will be too!

5 years ago ,Nate Monyer, Monyer Elect.suggested &put in 4 new led recessed lights in my kitchen.I paid $150.00 each,per light plus labor. No bulb can be changed. Whole unit MUST be pulled from ceiling ,to replace.He told me they would last 25-30years. Housing had 5 yr factory guarantee. The "heavy cost"up front was supposed to balance cost of future light bulbs and electricity. May of 2014 i started my calls to Monyer, as1 fixture went dead.So ,it was dark in that corner and Leds do not span light like a regular bulb. I called numerous times to no avail. The light was barely 4 years old.NO return callsto me, NO RESPONSE ! Today Dec.3,2016, i NOW have to replace all kitchen as new electrician cannot match up light model to just replace the "dead" one.Also, 2nd light had started flickering. Had i replaced original bulbs and paid a reg ular electric bill, it still wouldnt have cost what i paid Monyer Electric.CONSUMER BEWARE: When theMonyer LED units need replacing,you Will have to call an electricianto replace complete unit. I am NOW getting "socked" for a 2nd time in 5 years, for the same service!

We have had our full house generator for 6 months now. We have only had to use it once but after using a smaller unit that required dragging it out of the basement, adding gas and then starting it, I can honestly say we are in 7th heaven! They did a great job of installing the unit; they took care of all the permits, contacting our propane company and getting a new propane tank set up, running the necessary electric lines and finally, cleaning up the site. And they did this all in two days. We are extremely pleased and we no longer dread a power outage. I would recommend Monyer Electric to everyone who wants peace of mind during inclement weather.

Everything was handled efficiently and everyone was very professional. Nate came out to give us the estimate within a few days of my contacting them. Dave is the best! He knew I was working within a budget and offered me several options. He got me the best deal on a 20 kw Generac for the right price! The guys showed up on time did an excellent job and cleaned up everything when they were finished. The guys ran into several problems with setbacks from the house and propane tanks and handled everything with knowledge and ease. I would totally recommend Monyer Electric to everyone I know! They are the BEST!

Love these guys. I had trouble finding a licensed, honest and reasonable electrician- until I called these guys. David, Paul and Alberto are great. We are installing an above ground pool in Manchester (York) Township and the inspectors are picky. Monyer is making sure everything gets done right and the way the inspector wants. I got a great deal on my Generac generator and the initial installation process went smoothly. After my neighbors complained about the noise and our homeowners association requested that the generator be moved, the Monyer crew worked closely with me to relocate it to the back of our house.
