I truly do not even know where to start ! I am and have always been all about reviews and doing my research before I went ahead and called someone, so when I had some electrical issues in my house I began the research. It was pretty scary not knowing what was going on with my electric, and with having little ones you can only imagine the urgency I had to get these issues resolved. When I called Nipper Electric I spoke to Trey and as I explained my situation he immediately and so patiently listened and explained everything so thoroughly, I must have asked him so many questions but he ever so patiently answered each and every one of them! That I must say I am so grateful for,. Once the appointment was set, Trey came and explained everything to me every step of the way and needless to say problem was fixed but what I appreciated was the great communication! I now am so happy to have found my go to person for any electrical issues I may have ! Truly the best !!! These Guys are Great !

I did my research and came across Nipper Electric and was a little skeptical that they had such good reviews. Because I couldnt find anything contrary, I gave them a shot. I had an outlet that was making plugs hot and started to make a popping/crackling sound. I called Nipper on a Monday afternoon, spoke with Trey and was directed on the steps to make an appointment. I was contacted by the office immediately and had an appointment set for the next morning. The techs (Jessie and Zack) arrived right on time, assessed my issue, showed me what the problem was and quickly replaced the damaged outlet. They provided a quick and clear invoice, the cost was very reasonable and I was followed up with the next day to be sure I was satisfied and/or had any questions. Everyone loves to have "a guy" when it comes to repairs (plumbing, car repairs, etc). Well, I now have "a guy" that I will go to for all my electrical needs. Thanks Nipper for living up to your hype!

Spoke to Tray Nipper to make an appointment for an outlet that stopped working. I wanted to make sure it wasnt a simple fix to get charged for a trouble call. Tray was very patient and more than willing to help me over the phone and helped me trouble shoot the problem. Turns out it was an easy fix (GFCI needed to be replaced). Tray was very nice and polite the whole time and told me to give him a call back if I had any other problems with it. Im the type thats willing to pay a fair price for good service but this didnt cost me anything. Excellent customer service, the least I can do is give you a good review for the free knowledge. I will be recommending your services to others interested and will give you a call again if I have bigger electrical issues in the future. I appreciate all the help.

I was extremely impressed with this company, beginning with the VP, Trey, who came to my home to assess my particular situation, which was to convert a Fiberstars fiberoptic pool light to an LED light. Trey is highly intelligent and willing to take the time to research the situation at hand and study the data I had managed to collect for this undertaking. The electricians, Zack and Jessie, who came to do the work were also highy professional, congenial, hard-working, and knowledgeable and completed the task iwith exceptional efficiency in spite of the fact that they had never done such a conversion before. I am delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Nipper Electric for any of your electrical needs.

Reasonable price, quality work and exceptional customer service/relations! My wife and I were expecting a baby any day when we encountered an electrical issue in the nursery that we needed fixed as soon as possible. I called Nipper Electric and Trey Nipper called me back 10 minutes later. They was able to send out a technician who found and fixed the issue the same day. Given our busy schedule with baby planning, it was a relief to work with a company like Nipper who took care of our issue quickly. We will definitely be using Nipper Electric in the future. I had a home inspection in connection with the sale of my home. I searched the top rated electrical companies & decided to go with Nipper Electric based on reviews by customers. Nippers had only positive reviews. My electrician today was Zack & he was extremely knowledgeable & efficient. He took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. The home inspector had stated my GFCI issues incorrectly. Zack only fixed issues that he verified needed to be corrected. I was so thankful for Zacks level of expertise & am extremely grateful I took the time to research the best...Nipper Electric!! I highly recommend Nipper Electric.

Needed an electrician quick and Nipper Electric responded to my email request within a reasonable amount of time. Immediately after they called me, i was able to send them a photograph by text messaging of my issue and they were able to give me a reasonable quote within minutes. Within the next few hours Nipper employees were at my door. They made little noise, were professional and respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and did not waste tume when completing the job. They gave me a quote right over the phone at no cost and when the job was finished it was actually slightly less than quoted price. Excellent, timely work. Very professional and courteous. I had a new chandelier placed in me foyer, They replaced it quickly and disposed of the old chandelier and the box that new one came with for me. Not only did they clean up after themselves, but one of the guys asked me if it was okay to turn in the vacuum bc he didnt want the loud noise to scare the baby. SUPER thoughtful. A++++ you guys are doing it right!

Patiently & fully listened to me explain the problem 3. Troubleshot with me over the phone (and fixed the problem!) 4. Didnt charge me anything 5.
