I was very dissatisfied with my service by Levinsky Electric. I choose them for service because they were one of the few companies my home warranty company would contract. They ended up coming out to my house 2 times for trouble with the same exact circuit. The first technician to come out was actually one of the Levinskys themselves. It took the technician 2 hours to determine what was wrong with my electrical circuit, which is not that big of a deal. However after all that time he found one problem with the circuit and only fixed that one problem. The technician neglected to go to the next part of the circuit to ensure the entire circuit was working properly. The technician left, and the circuit only work for about 2 months then we ended up having a problem again with the same circuit. The next technician to come out ended up finding out that it was the very next part of the circuit which was a light fixture with loose wiring connections in my dining room that was causing the trouble. I feel like the fact that the first technician neglected to check the whole circuit put my familys lives in jeopardy. Then on top of that, they added insult to injury by collecting a second deductible for coming out to fix a problem that they neglected to find the first time. I will never use Levinsky Electric again and will not recommend them to any friends or family.

Levinsky disconected the power from my home to the back yard light poll after finding illegal wiring in the garage on a property we recently purchased. They did not call our realtor or us to explain the situation they just took it upon themselves to disconnect my back light rather than disconnecting the illegal wiring from the poll. They Also charged me to mount a 220 that was mounted by another contractor. I have spoken to the owner. He admits they disconnected a live wire at the garage, but then changed his story to say they could never locate the source of the power after already explaining it was from a junction box in the basement! I paid this Company over $1600.00 for work they did not perform and work not noted on my invoice.... All I wanted was my back light reconnected, but now I have to take off of work Tuesday to file a in small claims.

Our business has always gotten first class service with Levinsky. Their people are experienced in working with businesses where uninterrupted service is critical. Others we used in the past would expect to turn off our power for anywhere from 10 minutes to two hours to modify or add a circuit.

Website says 24 hour emergency service but when you call, the call taker just leaves a message for them to get back to you on Monday...... not so emergent service I guess.
