I recently received quotes from several contractors to install a new heat pump and upgrade electrical service in a home I was renovating. AQM came in with the most competitive quote, and also the most complete and thorough installation plan. They did a fantastic job installing the new duct work without substantially intruding on the living space in the house. They used quality materials, and didnt skimp on the system design or materials to save on cost like a few other contractors suggested. They did the job right, and at a great price.

Esses business expense we became even more impressed with the staff of having to care of us with or wider shoes with air-conditioning and Im not hesitated to use them for many other services if youre looking for a company in the Chester county area is no better company . Terrible customer service. After having a problem with a brand new air conditioning unit, it took 20 phone calls and almost 3 months to get it looked at. We made several phone calls that were never returned by the owner. In addition, the owner refused to put a drip pan under the condensing unit after the condensation from the unit dripped and created a hole through our ceiling.

Warning: Stay away from AQM. They diagnosed my AC unit as a leak and scheduled a leak diagnosis for another $250. I had a second opinion and they confirmed there was actually no leak whatsoever. In addition, it was probably the worst customer service I have ever had. Lastly, the technician was extremely rude. Obviously the owner does not care how his business is ran.

My experience with AQM has been very positive over the years. I purchased my generator and updated my air conditioning unit thru them. They perform all of the maintenance as well. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the servicemen are knowledgeable and are always on time. I have never had a problem scheduling either a routine check or an emergency repair.

Poor customer service Manager was rude and suggested I call someone else when I voiced a concern AQM charged me for house call even though service tech did nothing to repair I will never use AQM again. I was a valued customer for many years Extremely disappointed in recent service and attitude of management What business tells valued customer to go elsewhere?

I recently needed repairs to an old air conditioning system in a condo. AQM convinced me to replace the old unit, but told me they could not replace the unit in the same location. I subsequently found out that other suppliers had replaced similar units in the same location. My advice is to get it all in writing and definitely shop around.

This company is great! I have used them for years including installing my hvac system and pm every since 2005. My unit failed in 90 degree temps this week and they got parts overnight to get me back running. Great service in the field and the office!

Great heat pump and air handler instalation in a foot of snow and below freezing tempature. Everthing went well and was completed in less then eight hours. I am now looking at A.Q.M. for a back-up generator installation.
