Staff are always friendly, gym is clean and never too crowded. Also in response to other poor reviews, my membership is month to month and I only go half the year, I never have issues of being charged after I "deactivate" my account for the summer, sounds like some poor communication on consumers end.

After turning in the required 30 day notice, Snap Fitness continued to withdraw funds from my credit card for 5 months. Rob Miller refuses to refund the money fraudulently withdrawn after several requests. I will not go there again, and caution others not to give Rob your credit card information.

I had moved and forgot to stop in the gym before town. So I gave the owner a 30 day notice that I had needed to cancel and that I had moved. The owner, Rob, did not want to help me. He continues to withdraw $50 from my account every month. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM
