Ive been to 2 other planet fitness and both were far superior. This place is Tiny, crowded (fenced in) weight area (lifting, smith machines, cables etc)... tiny, crowded and caged in like a prison workout. Tiny tanning bed caskets and only 3. My home gym has 12 level 2s, 3s and 4s. Only get 1 token for massage (5 mins)... my home one gives mandatory 10 mins and at night (when slower) will give 3 to 4 tokens i.e. 15-20 mins... this place is dirty. Dont give eye protection for tanning. Tanning beds r basically trash (old, dilapidated and not powerful at all) and max out at 10 minutes (my home does 12minutes and their tanning beds actually were powerful and tanned you)... and everything is crammed and just a wait for any of the weights... its surreal bc my home pf gym was so open, so modern and new, staff cleaned, provided eye protection, cleaned tanning beds, had powerful tanning beds, was benevolent with massages, was organized, actually had 2 hydro beds as opposed to none and was just such a nice environment. This place, not so much. If i cannot find another planet fitness similar to where i signed up and opposite of this one, i will probably go through the aparrantly hellish process of cancelling. 1 star is truly me being kind.

Very sad, I was a big fan of this gym at one time. I gave it a great review, now with the new assistant manager Miranda who must hate her job because she must think she works in a library is always ringing the alarm. It is very distracting it can cause someone to get hurt because its startling. We are a group who work out together and we all feel this way, I guess due to the area and type of people they wont complain. SAD!!! NEED TO FIND A NEW GYM!!! If she has a problem she should walk up to the person and not annoy everyone. I guess she is too lazy. Who ever reads this its not a judgement free zone, the alarm is to humilate if you drop a wieght!!! You get what you pay for, BAD!!! DONT JOIN THIS GYM!!!

I would give them a better rating but many times there tvs and equipment are out of order and one of my biggest problems is, I have friends that might want to join but they dont because unlike other clubs they dont give 3 to 7 days free trial. So now I have 2 memberships because many signed up at Anytime fitness and LA Fitness. Even restaurant gives you a taste test. Myself and my husband have taken people to see if they could work out as a trial and we get the big "NO". They hurt there own business and they dont even have a clue. Another thing what is really good with 24 hours a day??? THE STAFF DESERVES FIVE STARS! THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!!

Went in person to change my membership to this club at the mall on 192 from St Cloud gym but the two people behind the counter told me to go online and change my membership that it was easy to do and I told them that nothing is easy online and after getting no help in changing to this club I started to leave and when the young man saw this then he said he could help me with that and I told him that was the reason for coming in person and I left frustrated, do to no help what so ever, so I will look for another location or gym.

For starters: my bar for rating a PF is very high. I travel coast to coast; my home club is extremely nice, spacious, well appointed and modern and Ive seen some of the best clubs in the country. This location would have gotten 2 stars if it werent for the excellent, helpful staff. The equipment selection is good; nice spacious locker rooms, but needs to be cleaner. There was trash and filth behind one of the tanning beds and the entire club was somewhat dark and dingy. The dumbbell area is also too crowded.

This is getting to beyond a joke. I CANCELED my membership in MAY 2016, and have sent a letter asking them to stop taking out the membership, but they still deduct form my account. I have made several phone calls to the business and ask for the manager, who is either on the phone or with a guest. i cant remember how many time i have left my number with the management, but know one returns my call.

Very negative experience with the services provided. The restrooms were routinely dirty, and multiple times the urinal (the only one) was out of service. However, my biggest problem with the establishment came from a particular corporate policy: its cancellation process. They make it unnecessarily difficult for you to cancel your membership. WARNING: If this matters to you, dont join.

Good equipment, decent prices on extra drinks and clean, but loss of star due to grip loss on some machines which is very dangerous I had to stop using that particular machine which was my fav. Just need to fix up minor issues with equipment. I go at night not too packed. Lifting area is always packed though wish it was bigger

Too much cardio and lack of free weight.. no real squat rack, barbell and very few ez bars.. unless u go there at midnight or very early in the morning, the smith machines and cables are always busy. but you get a trainer for free get yourself a right routine and staffs are friendly. But overall cant complain for 10 bucks.

Situated in a hidden strip mall, this gym is actually amazing once you find it. The monthly membership allows you to bring a guest every time. Personal training and classes are part of the membership fee. There is a 30 minute circuit area. Their mantra is to make you feel that youve entered a judgment free zone.

4*, mostly bec of staff. Location is tricky to find. GPS will get you only so far. Then you have to guess and drive around searching. The loss of * is for the showers. They could use a cleaning (scrubbing) and some caulking. Hire a qualified guy for a day...spend the $200.

Place is good and clean but it says everywhere that on Saturdays they close at 7pm and they kicked everyone out at 6pm? People were even going inside and had no idea they were closing at 6. Not very good for business.

Great range of equipment, friendly staff, decent prices for additional drinks (waters, protein shakes etc.) Not sure with regards to locating issue(s) others are having, never found it difficult to locate.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very clean. There are many machines and is not too crowded. Its also very easy to get to. Right by marker 15 on 192.

Place just wants your money. Could care less about personal fitness. Not worth a penny. If you love spending money and getting fat this is the place. Gotta love the pizza

Great place to work out!! All employees are kind, trainers always want to help, when you have questions they dont hesitate to answer, I would highly recommend this place.
