The basement weight room is barebones and rustic. Youll have everything you need for strength training and hypertrophy. This is great because softies will not be seen down there doing their distracting and dangerous "exercises" due to the presentation of the weight room. (See other reviews to see what I mean). The cardio equipment on the first floor is top notch and the locker room is always clean.

Yes the equipment in the weight room is older but equipment is 20% of the work out Ive been coming here 12 years along with over 50% of the members this Y is all about family thats for staff and members

The weight room equipment is from the 1990s. I may as well go to a free recreational center instead of paying for this crap.

The weights suck old equipment and smells like a basement in the weight room not many amenities here . Please upgrade .
