Hopefully I save 1 person by writing this. Still no Air conditioning yet this year and its august. The 5 star ratings are from a year or more ago. The new owner Mike has a temper like nobody I have ever seen so dont bring up the lack of AC or he will kick you out. Dont bring a gym bag because he will kick you out(he says people steal dumbells with gym bags) speaking of stealing, the 20 dumbells and 40s have been gone for about 6 months, so hopefully you dont want those. This gym is over 90 degrees easily and the equipment is old and broken and missing. I cant stress enough how the owner is a very rude person who has no idea how to treat his customers. This is mikes first year as the gym owner and he hasnt turned on the AC because he said hes suing somebody else so they pay for it. The gym used to be great.. the reviews become terrible about 6 months ago since Mike took over. STAY AWAY if you expect a decent gym. Mike has really ruined the place over the last 6 months. With his temper he intimidates members and yells at his employees in front of gym members. Ive never witnessed a business owner who speaks Like this to people at his own business. Today he got in somebodys face and created a confrontation because they asked him to change the music. He looked like an angry teenage punk because he escalated something from nothing and the person he was yelling at didnt deserve it. But its not the first time Ive seen it. The wonderful "day care center" has the only cold drinking fountain in the building so every person working out in the gym has to navigate the children at the day care center to get a drink. Its been like that about 1 year. Check out the broken circus for yourself and remember to ask Mike if he will replace the dumbells that have been missing for 6 months or get the AC working any time this year.

I like this gym a lot, its a bit older on the equipment side, but everybody who works there is incredibly nice and friendly. The place is clean and never overly crowded. The staff is always super cool, and the personal trainers genuinely put effort into working with you. As I mentioned, the equipment is older, but they have all the machines I want and they keep it up well. They also have included day-care for kids (if you get the full membership) and regular fitness classes. Also, theyre currently expanding to have a separate women-only section, which my fiancee appreciates. The only thing keeping me from giving a full five stars is that the hours arent as good as Id like. It would be nice if they opened a little earlier and stayed open a little later, but as it stands now Im still a happily paying customer.

In a word horrible. Last year I brought my daughter a membership. She went to cancel and was told that because it was not her card being billed she couldnt cancel the membership that was in her name. So i had to go myself. And a Caucasian male who claimed to be the owner was rude and pretended he couldnt find my daughters membership. My advice go to planet fitness it is so much cleaner and the staff are all on the same page. Oh and I got banned from this dirty facility which is fine with me because I dont want to risk exposure to the filth here

I liked the gym, I liked the sauna, the variety of classes were good. However, when I moved over three hours away I was charged an absurd closing few of my account. Even that would have been okay but eight months later I got an email about a balance of over $100 that I still owed. On an account that I had been assured eight months previous was closed out. Im still fighting over these charges and am disappointed in the service Ive received.

I love everything except the system. I made a contact for three month training but they charge me for fourth month too saying that i have to cancel. I have cancel than but, they charge me for next month too after cancelation. This shows that technically there are some problems And doesnt seems professional.plz fix it to get some stars and customer

This gym is awful! I only gave it one star cause it wasnt an option to give it a zero star. The equipment is the same equipment since Ballys Total Fitness (old and beat up). The gym hours are terrible. On a Sunday it opens at noon (cmon). To top it off theres a sign that says "Do Not Drink the Water". Thats when I said its time for me to leave!

I was happy with this gym, UNTIL I cancelled my membership!!!!! They charged me even after I canceled my membership and came up with all types of excuses why they should not refund my money!!!! The next step is to report them to the BBB

I like the up keep of the gym. It never looks dirty or dusty. The womens locker room is always clean. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Even the patrons themselves act with decency while working out.
