Few issues with this place. Ive been going there to get my tires changed 2 times a year (before and after winter) for many years. The staff usually arent too pleasant but I cant really expect a shop with underpaid employees to always be happy. When I first walked in, the gentleman who took my keys said it was crazy busy. That was fine, but then he said "people get stupid when the first snow falls and all want their tires changed right away". I looked at the man and wanted to say that "I could be considered one of those people since Im here right now". I ignored his comments however. The problems really began when a simple tire change on my SUV took 2 1/2 hours. The newbie kept putting the tire on the rim on the wrong side. He made this mistake twice and luckily the other specialist noticed. Then, they became noticeably annoyed during every aspect of the job. When I finally was about to leave, they were pulling it out of the garage and one of the specialists screamed out "get this thing out of my life". As a customer, I want to know my car is in good hands and I never felt that throughout the whole process. They really made me feel like a major inconvenience. Between that and never even getting an apology for the extreme delay, I will take my car and other family cars elsewhere in the future. I advise others to do the same.

The workers just Bullshit around with no motivation to work on your vehicle. I ordered tires online and they got delivered to the store, and i would then get them installed by Walmart. I called for a week straight after i got off work at 1 to see if they could install my tires and every time it was "we wont get to it" so i asked when i should come they said 7am. I decided to go at 7am and there where 2 people ahead of me that morning. I had accepted a little wait because of this. They said it would take 2 hours total wait and install. After 2 hours i asked how much longer. They responded " we have not started". After this i come back at 10 and they said "we have two tires done, I am going on break but it should be 45minutes more" So i waited. Then at 11 i asked how much longer again and they said " 30 more minutes" Finally at 11:30 4.5hrs later my car was finished. The worst part is i would watch the workers Bullshit around and listen to music. There was no effort by the workers at all. They just give excuses for everything and do not care how long it takes to put 4 tires on your car. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would suggest staying away from the cheap prices and deals as you will spend more in time than it is worth it. Awful Services!

My daughter had a flat tire when she visited my home and it was Sunday April 10 - I took the tire into Walmart Auto and the gentlemen there did a wonderful job cleaning the wheel rim and patching two nail holes. I was really impressed with their care and throughness in cleaning and air blowing the debris from the wheel and redrilling and plug and patching the two holes. They used a bead goop to insure the tire would be properly sealed as I had hoped. They were all - four men - personable and professional. I appreciated their service very much. Thank you to Walmart management for having these services available to the community on a Sunday, too!

This has to be the most lazy and incompetent service center on earth. not only have they made excuses why they could not mount and balance one tire for three straight days , once I finally got them to agree to even do the work I had to sit and watch while they stood around bullshitting for over an hour without working on anyones vehicle. Someone needs to clean house and hire a crew that doesnt treat people like a complete inconvenience to their socializing .

Took 4 technicians more than 3 hours to work on 4 cars. Not only that after my car was pulled in after 2 hours to have a simpl rotate and balance the technician was pulled off my car by Randy the shop manager to work on someones car who just pulled up. Worst service i have ever received. It has now been over an hour since they pulled my car into the shop and they still havent finished. Dont take you care here find anywhere else to go but here.

Anyone who gives this place better than two stars is nuts. I have had one botched tire change where they couldnt remove the lug nuts and another where they damaged the valve stems and the air leaked out. Whats more, I have first hand accounts of broken brake lines, seized engines and various other disasters coming out of that place. Trust me, there is no discount worth the risk!

Wish I would have read the reviews before I went in. Took them over 2 hours to change a valve stem on my tire. Even took in 3 customers after me and had them done before they finished my car. I wish instead of telling me an apporoximate time they would have just said "we hate our jobs so were going to make you suffer" instead.
