Stopped by this store on Monday December 26, 2016, to have front brakes replaced on my Dodge Caravan. Dropped the vehicle with Mike, the front desk service writer. I asked if the $99.00 dollar ad was honored at this location and he stated no, but they could offer the same brake job for $109.00. I said that would be fine and left. An hour later Mike called and advised that not only did my pads need replacing, but so did both front rotors due to excessive heat spotting. I asked again if he was sure they could not be resurfaced because this was the first brake pad replacement. He said no and advised the cost would be $381.15. I declined the repair and advised I would be back to pick up my vehicle. This morning, I brought the van into Space Coast Honda for the same repair. Now keep in mind this is a Dodge going to a certified Honda Dealership. After speaking with the adviser Andy and being quoted a price of $160.00, I advised him to proceed. While waiting on my vehicle he advised the front rotors would need to be resurfaced and pads replaced and this was all included in the $160.00 quote. An hour and a half later, I was on my way with a completed front brake job and the total price ended up running me only $144.77. This dealership creamed Pep Boys in price, service and customer satisfaction. A trifecta win! My advice to you is avoid this place at all cost, because if you don’t the entire cost plus some, will fall squarely on YOU! Thanks Space Coast Honda for your service!

I scheduled an Full Synthetic Oil Change at $49.00 (Reg $69 with &20 Off Coupon) and dropped my truck off. When I picked it up my bill was $83.00 dollars. For some reason this store doesnt honor or even recognize the prices on the Pep Boys Website. I called the Pep Boys customer service they stated that even after talking to the manager that this store charges $100 and couldnt explain why they dont have the same oil change price. This store shouldnt be allowed to schedule appointments through the Pep Boys website if they dont recognize the sites prices. No one at the store ever stated that their price was $31.00 more than their website until it was time to pay. Very bad "Bait and Switch" approach done by Pep Boys. Never will go back to this store again, typical car mechanic shop...

Just got new front brakes and was very happy with the experience. Service writers were very serious and efficient and the technician doing the work seemed very knowledgeable. Not much goofin and jokin. Got my car fixed promptly! They didnt have the brakes in stock but got them from somewhere within about an hour. Checked both front and rear brakes and wheel bearings, turned rotors with a fancy machine, checked air in tires, test drove twice and answered some miscellaneous motor questions all at no extra charge. Saw some commercial pickups in for service and so they must be doing things right. Nice waiting room with Keurig and clean bathrooms. I had checked around and these "Boys" were very competitive. "Peppy" work guys!! Thanks

This place is where its at! This is the second time that I brought my car to them because the tire sensor was lit up on my car. The first time they had me in and out fairly quickly. This morning I was in a rush to get to Tampa and I noticed the tire sensor was on as I was heading south on I-95. I called Pep Boys in Titusville and spoke with Mike to let him know that I was heading there and that I was in a hurry. When I got there he immediately had a tech go get my car. I was in and out within 15 minutes tops. The tech showed me the culprit (a screw), handed me my keys, and Mike said, "there will be no charge for that today. Have a good day"! I HIGHLY recommend this place. These guys are phenomenal here! :)

Had my $20,000 G35 Coupe returned to me after a tire alignment, after i got home i noticed huge scratches and damage on the passenger side of both wheel wells and rims, the mechanic must have hit something on the test drive and the best part is they didnt tell me they just gave it to me hoping i wouldnt notice. I went back to confront them and they just lied, lied, and denied and told me i made it up. They are scumbags who dont care about you or your vehicle. I personally wouldnt recommend anybody to this specifc store. Very very unpleased with my one and only visit.

Setting up appointment wasnt easy, it was a hard sales pitch that my vehicle needed synthetic oil... when we got pass that, the rep scheduled me for the regular oil. My husband took the car to the scheduled appt. and he encountered a different rep. that refused to perform the oil change with the regular oil! I called the dealer to get the particulars, this vehicle does not require synthetic oil only the newer models. Of course, the synthetic is $60 as opposed to $24 quite a difference!!!! My husband also complained about the front desk rep being very rude!!!

I only wish I could pay these guys what they truly deserve for their service. They helped me out in a way I dont think anyone would ever have been able to. Joe, the guy at the desk and the boys doing the work at the back were remarkably kind. As a military member/human Id recommend my brothers and anyone in need to get attended there. No amount of stars on this review could amount to how much I appreciated their help today.

My sons car is in Titusville and needs an alternator. I called the Pep Boys near my house in Orlando and they quoted me $423. I called the Titusville Pep Boys thinking it would be the same and easier to get the car there, they quoted me $553. When I told him that my local Pep Boys was cheaper, he put me on hold and then came back with a quote of $427. Be careful with these guys. I will not be getting my car fixed here.

Worst customer experience. David Roth service manager no help, Initial person of contact was different gentlemen. When i came back in for help stated he was out and David roth said he wasnt the one working with me so cannot help me. Customer service is where you earn your business, you have lost business.

Beware beware you have been warned. Took car for oil change. They over filled the oil and caused the destruction of my engine. They PB paid about half the cost of engine but I had 1500 of rentals over the course of several months. Beware beware
