Another shop did tune-ups and parts replacement trying to resolve a starting issue with my Dodge pickup for around 300 dollars with no resolve of the issue. After bringing it in 3 times to that shop, I remembered the great experience i had at Precision Tune Auto on Cherry Road in Rock Hill when I took another vehicle in for a brake job. When I called them, the manager explained to me that they had a mechanic with many years experience who generally can figure out problems quickly. That is exactly what they did. They figured out the problem quickly - it needed a new distributor. The price was fair and the truck starts right up and has been running great ever since.

Brenda and her knowledgeable mechanics are phenomenal. I have a twin turbo BMW, every time I went to the BMW dealership they would rip me off and replace things that didnt need to be replaced. I would go to local shops and they would not even fix the problem I came in for. After constant problems I finally went to Precision Tune. Her team fixed the problem and I dont have a shaking car anymore. Wasting over $2000 on other people who just want my money wont ever happen again and I will only come here from now on.

I was introduced to Precision by my father more than 10 years ago. I am always greeted with friendly and courtious remarks by the receptionist. When my problem is diagnosed they come out to explain in detail what needs to be done. Only one time have I had to return to have something redone or adjusted. It was done in minutes and no charges. As a woman, I do not have to worry about being taken advantage of when I go to Precision.

This place is horrible. The manager is one of the RUDEST people I have ever met!!!!!! They tore my car up, it was pouring oil and they refused to fix it. After a ton of drama, they did fix my car, but only because I told them I was going to the dealership to have the damage that they caused reviewed by REAL mechanics. They are idiotic, ridiculous, and a waste of money. They will never receive my business again.

Ive been going to Rock Hill Precision Tune for as long as Ive lived in South Carolina, about 15 years. The staff have been faithful, and I have always received consistent good service on the vehicles I have taken in to be serviced or repaired. My vehicles are so well cared for, they last with high mileage and still run wonderfully. I always recommend this business to my friends and acquaintances!

Brought the van in for an oil change before going out of town as well as a tire rotation. My wear was coming from a bad ball joint. They showed me the defective part. Id noticed bad tire wear and this seems to have straightened it out. Service was done quickly and affordably.
