Went to Precision to get an Oil Change and one of the mechanics came out and told me that it needed a new air filter for $29 and a tune up and that they had a special for $45. I said okay. He gave me a few options that were a little higher but I declined. A few minutes later he came back out and tried to sell me on something else that wouldve cost an additional $130. I said no because I couldnt afford it and he left. A few minutes later they checked me out and the total came out to $216! I was confused because that didnt match up to what the mechanic told me. I spoke with the manager and he said that the special was actually $149 and that the $45 was unheard of. Turns out the price was $45 but the labor was $105!! It wouldve been nice if the mechanic told me that before it was all done! This place is a rip off and they try to scare people into thinking that your car wont make it out the parking lot without their added services. I am NEVER coming back to this place again.

They are waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy overpriced! I went to get an alternate replaced and they charged $385 for the piece. The prices online for a 2004 Ford Escape alternator ranges from $77-200 dollars. You can judge for yourself but that is a total ripoff. When I asked about it, he simply said thats what they have to charge to keep the doors open. He also said that they give the customers the option to bring in their own parts for a cheaper price which was never offered to me. In addition to that I was charged for 2.8 hours worth of work and it only took them an hour and a half to complete the job. $246 worth of labor.

The manager is very disrespectful. They left the cap off of my engine after they changed the oil and made a mess and then refused to have it cleaned.The manager lied to corporate and said they cleaned it but they never did. I tried to plead my case with the corporate customer service but it soon became obvious that retaining my future business meant nothing to them. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

we usually go to the store on two notch road, but we moved closer to this side so we tried this one out instead of the one on two notch!! Jason the manager here at this location used to be the ast. manager at the two notch location and has since became the store manager at this location!! && it is AWESOME in and out!! very friendly and i will deff be back for all my needs

Awesome service and prices. and that new receotionistcashier is an great asset to the Precision Tune establishmebt. Sidney is such a delight and she offers cool beverages and has a dish of candy beside the cash register.
