Awful experience and was charged way too much. If you dont know much about cars then DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE! They will definitely recommend unnecessary repairs and over-charge you on the truly necessary ones. I paid for an inspection and asked them to check my alternator. They said it was fine but four days later my car broke down on my way to work and I had to have it towed. They said they wouldnt charge me for a second inspection, but they did. They found that the alternator had failed and told me I needed to replace it and my two-month-old battery. When I asked if they had tried charging the battery they told me they hadnt and that I would have to pay to have it charged. When I did, they found that the battery was actually fine. On top of that, they would not let me bring in my own parts and charged me $285 for a part that only costs $170. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my car back to Tires Plus.

They guys there made me feel like they truly cared and wanted to get the job done. Steve and Paul did an oustanding job explaining things and calling back to tell me what they found. They didnt harrass me to have extra things added (fuel additive and such) and didnt push to have certain services implemented. Just let me know what I really needed and by when it was recommended. They also had the car ready faster than I was quoted even though I didnt have an appointment. I truly trust this location and will keep going back.

I had done research and comparison shopping prior to making an appointment at Tires Plus to have my tires replaced, so I had an informed idea of what I needed. Mr. Martinez did not try to "upsell" a different brand of tire than what I requested, or push any ancillary services except what was best for tire life and car performance. He was patient and professional, ensuring that I walked out of the shop knowing I received the best service around. I highly recommend this Tires Plus for all your vehicles needs.

Ripped me off, didnt do my alignment, charged me $80 for it. Also charged me for all 4 tires, $255, tire blew the next day, brought back, tire blew again day after that. Incompetent workers, scammers. From the elder lady up front to all the guys working in the garage. DONT GO HERE! HERE OR GATTOS DOWN THE STREET.
