I dont usually find myself in a repair shop unless its for something that I dont have the tools for and its not economical to purchase the correct tools. In this case it was to evacuate and recharge my HVAC. My mother-in-law coincidentally had AC woes at the same time as my car and she was eager to get it fixed. I discovered Guaranteed online and from their web reviews felt that it was suitable. We both were amazed at the professionalism and friendliness that both Robert and Blake exhibited toward us. Ive been to another, larger chain in the area and every time they would try and upcharge me on repairs that either were unnecessary or premature (in that they could have safely waited for a "fix on failure"). I felt no pressure from this crew in that regard. They accomplished what I asked and even went above and beyond when what I was hoping was just an overcharged system ended up being a pinhole leak. They topped me off and offered to check for dye for free if it continued to leak. As someone who works on his own cars regularly, these guys are trustworthy with your vehicles and I will continue to take my cars there when I need to.

I called them the other week to tell them my check engine light was on for my 2013 van and that Auto Zone had told me I had a very small evaporative emission system leak. The man I was speaking to, told me it just might be my gas cap was dirty or cracked and told me to come right on in. I showed up about 20 minutes later and the man (I forgot his name) came out to my car, checked my gas cap, said it looked kinda dirty and then cleaned it and reset the check engine light. He told me if it came back on, to not worry since it was a very small leak and a smoke test would be $80 to find the hole. Well, my check engine light hasnt turned back on! I love how they were honest with me and didnt even charge me to take the time to plug in their computer in my car and clean off my gas cap and give me some good, honest info. They couldve easily charged me the $80 to run a smoke test for nothing. If anything ever goes wrong with my car, Ill be taking it there and Ill definitely be recommending this place to people!!!

Went there for an oil change on my Jetta. Got full synthetic with a fluid top off for everything else, and a multi-point check for a little under $70. Ive been places where they try to charge me $90 or $100 for just that and wont take no for an answer when I tell them thats ALL I want. These guys arent like that. They help with what you ask for and theyll keep you safe on the road and tell you if theres something you NEED, but theyre not the pushy type. I walked around watched a lot of the guys work when I went in, and talked to a few of them. They all seem to really know what theyre doing and be comfortable and efficient, and even graceful with their work. They deserve every one of the five stars I give them.

My dashboard emissions light came on my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis. Dashboard warning lights cause me untold anxiety. Clay checked my gas cap, told me there was some play in it (not getting a good seal). He turned off the light and me where I can by a gas cap if it comes back on. FYI: Bennett Auto Parts for Ford products. If it does come back on - Ill be going to Guaranteed Auto for the repair. Clay was very kind and professional, I told him they came highly recommended. He told me there is over 150 years experience within their team. I thought he owned the place, very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Very thankful. I will add my name to the list that recommends Guaranteed Auto.

I cant say enough about how impressed I was with the way the guys at Guaranteed Auto Air & Repair stepped out in front and greeted me with a smile and a handshake. So far, every time Ive gone to a dealer or other shop, there has been a someone, obviously looking overworked, who asks me whats the problem and they write it down and tell me theyll call when its finished. I felt like I was at McDonalds, ordering a burger. No smiles that begin in the eyes, no discussion, no listening, just a kind of "take a number" philosophy. Their approach impressed me so much I signed up for the Car Care Program on the spot. They obviously know how to treat customers.

I recently took my 2006 Toyota 4-Runner here to fix an issue with the A/C. Their pricing was very fair and they were courteous, honest, respectful, & timely in completing the job. Unfortunately, there was a minor issue with a part that they installed and, without hesitation, they honored the warranty and completely re-did the job. Wow!! I would like to recognize Robert (the manager) and Mike (the mechanic/shop foreman) for going above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. If you need auto repairs, give these guys a call. You wont be disappointed.

They are good people in that I trusted their assessment. My car had air conditioner problems and I had previously taken it elsewhere. The other people put more freon in and said there was nothing wrong. The problems persisted. While it was a serious repair, these guys found an issue that could have eventually done a lot more damage. I have taken cars to other places that come back and want to do $1500 worth of work for no real reason and this isnt that. If they do come and say "you need X Y and Z," you should pay attention because you probably do.

I just spent 3 hours being run around the bush at a major repair chain and still do not have my brakes repaired. I am anxious to call Guaranteed Auto on Monday and am cautiously optimistic that an auto repair place could really be as wonderful as all of these reviews... to be continued. Update: These wonderful gentleman wound up saving my sons Explorer and my bank account! I will be a customer as long as they will have me! We feel grateful to have found such honest mechanics...

I just took my car in today for them to look at my AC. They were very helpful, friendly and they were honest and upfront with me about my options and the cost. The repair shop closes at 5:30 but they were there until about 6:00 pm just to make sure they at least finished that part of the service. Repairing a car is not cheap and it is stressful, but at least going here I know they will try to fix the problem and offer some assurance. :)

Guaranteed Auto is awesome! Love the people and appreciate all the time they spend answering every question I have about the service on our vehicles. The guys at Guaranteed Auto Air & Repair are the absolute best in the industry!!! I have lived in a number of states and have used countless repair centers over the years, but none of them ever came close to matching the honesty and integrity of these guys, not to mention the high quality and efficient service. I have used them a number of times over the past 2 years and wouldnt think of taking my vehicles anywhere else.
