BEWARE!!!! My wife brought our vehicle to them with a transmission problem and asked them to look at the problem. They were more then happy too; except they neglected to explain to my wife that there would be a charge for the service. They gave her the impression that the inspection would be free and a free estimate would ensue. WELL! their estimate was free, but their diagnosis of the problem was not, and when I questioned the owner of the charge he rude and insulting. Explaining to me he would never be able to pay his staff or remain in business if they were to do anything for free. This to me was a clear cut case of the another mechanical service taking advantage of a women. And when I decided NOT to have them do the work, they then held my our vehicle at ransom until I paid them. Schlenkers are SHYSTERS!!! Be very a ware of their business practices.

I went there to get an oil change and came back with a problem with a either a hose, or coil for my radiator. ( i know, fishy right?) There was NO checking of my fluids even though I requested a full service oil change, I had NO coolant in my reservoir so my car starts overheating!!! WTF??? The guys at the desk are always super nice but I dont know what the HELL these technicians are smoking, theyre incompetent! The 1st time I went I got tires and NEEDED a rotation, I asked, and they never did it. I wouldnt go back there to get air in my tires, no less a repair!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to get my rear bumper replaced after my daughter had an accident while using my car. Schlenker Carstar was the first company I thought of for the repairs since Ive used them in the past for all my other automotive repairs at their other shop across the street. They replaced it in the time frame as promised and within the amount of my insurance deductible as estimated by my insurance. Very professional and courteous all the way around from everyone I talked to. Kept me updated on what was going on and everything. Highly recommended!!!! Thanks Sean!

Called them about a suspension issue with my car (2012 Elantra), and the gentleman said he thought Hyundais warranty would cover it and advised I call the Hyundai dealership to save some money. He was correct. Since they were so honest and forthright, I brought in my wifes car for a few minor repairs (belts, cv axel) and again, was surprised that they took every opportunity to save us money (even at their own expense). The prices, professionalism, and honesty of these guys is outstanding. They have my familys business for the foreseeable future.

We found Schlenkers through the cartalk website where they had many good reviews. We have had work done on both of our cars and every time Schlenkers prices have been very reasonable (much lower than the dealer) and the work has been very good quality. They always explain what needs to be done and we have never felt they were suggesting unnecessary work. They are local people that are great to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I have had my car there several times over the life of my car and they have always treated me with respect and never over charged me. They have an excellent warranty. I found that with other repair shops there was many times something else broken after they fixed it but not here. Great company to work with. I highly recommend them. I will try the body shop in the near future and dont expect any less on quality and customer service.

My 2002 Corvette Z06 is in their shop right now after being rear ended by a young girl in a pt cruiser who fled the scene! I work with close friends of the owner, and have so much confidence in their work that I can safely rate them 5 stars before the work is even done. Cant wait for my baby to be back in mint condition! ;) keep it up guys.

My wifes new car was rear ended. It only had 8000 miles on it. It was towed by Schlenkers towing to Schlenkers body shop. Unfortunately the car was totalled. The body shop handled everything from start to finish. Very professional. Very friendly. I would recommend them every time. Thank you.

Im taking my cars there for years. The surface is outstanding. Fast time and turnaround on repairs and service. Prices are fair. Always helpful with any issues that come up. I will continue to take my cars there for many years. The only downside is that theyre very busy.

Had my truck there, they quoted one price. Then when I went to pick up it was double what was quoted. I paid my bill and spoke to the manager. I was told I "wasnt the right customer for them." I then took my truck to Gattos and had them fix what they missed.
