Very pleased! Had a repair done at another shop due to our location. As soon as we picked up our car, it sounded worse than when we dropped it off. My husband brought it to the owners attention, and he said to give it a day or so to see if it settled. We brought it to Rock Hill automotive for a second opinion, and they confirmed it was not repaired correctly. It turned out it was a bad part, and the other shop fixed it, but they made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We were not pleased with the other shops customer service. Rock Hill automotive was recommended to us by a trustworthy friend who used to service our car. We are so glad we found them! They have been so kind and help put my mind at ease when it comes to caring for our car. Highly highly recommend them! All of these reviews are spot on!

Lee and company provide friendly interaction and good advice. They quickly responded to concerns and were on time with their appointment set time. They did their work in good fashion and we are pleased with the outcome. On top of this they said if there were any problem, to just bring the car back and they would make further adjustments at no additional cost. This was a great experience for an alignment and oil change!

I just moved into the area and my Jeep started spraying coolant. Rock Hill Automotive was the first shop to even answer the phone (without me having to leave a message etc...). They fit me in right away and resolved all my problems at a more then competitive price. I got the car back within 24 hours! Just happy that I found my new go-to mechanic.

Firstly chose this place due to the other reviews..... all of them were right on! I am a bit sceptical as a mechanic in another country and being picky But they were great! I couldnt have been happier with their job the service their attitude or the price could not recommended them highly enough! Just genuine great work service and guys

Good group of honest Mechanics. I normally do all my own work on my truck, but ac systems are over my head. I hate letting anyone work on my truck but these guys have my respect. Only thing is they are so good they are in demand so get in line.
