I came in because my car had not been checked for a while. I told them my breaks were a bit loud and we had towed the car cross country, and they went ahead and lifted it to examine. They were super accommodating and very nice. They even informed me that my breaks were great and explained what I was hearing. I am so happy they didnt try to take advantage of me!! Super impressed. Now if there had just been a cup of coffee. ;) Will definitely be returning for future needs.

My Air Conditioning stopped working so I took it to Tuffy to get it inspected. They realized it was an electrical issue and had nothing to do with my AC. Took them only 10 minutes so they didnt charge me anything. Very happy customer.
