I WILL NOT GO BACK. The guy who worked at the front desk was a total ass. I have been a customer for years at Fort Mill but that location closed for some reason so I was forced to come to this location. He refused to accept 2 separate coupons. Both coupons were for an oil change. I was not trying to use them both at the same time but when he said he would not accept one, I asked for him to use the other. He still declined. Both of these coupons were open to be accepted at this location. Again, the guy at the desk was a total jerk. I asked him these questions before I left. "Would you be willing to accept one of these coupons?" He said no. I asked "wouldnt you rather accept a coupon instead of me leaving?" He said no again. Finally I said " So let me get this straight, because YOU dont want to accept youd rather have me leave and make no sale at all?" He said yes. I cant believe they let someone like this in management.

I had an extra vehicle that had been sitting for about 2 months, when I finally drove it again the check engine light came on. I called meineke and the guy (I think his name was Michael, he had a foreign accent, sounded russian.) Said they would check it out for free. I got there and he had me drive up to the mechanic door and he just walked right out to me and plugged the thing up to my car. It had 16 different codes and he went through each one and asked me about it. The only one that I said sounded right was the battery. He said that when a car sits and the battery dies and has to be jumped off that it can cause the cars computer to misfire thesee codes. He said he would reset it and if it was still faulty then he would be concerned. He was very very helpful.

Excellent customer focused service, very quick and professional. You get the personal touch here, the owner is right there in the shop. They also take the time to educate you before, and after the work. I got in quick and was out in less than an hour for a coolant flush and fill, as well as a cooler sensor replacement, which was very hard for them to do. They invested in a very expensive computer system, and showed me all the secrets inside my computer module. Just a great place. I called to get an estimate for 4 rotors and 4 sets of pads put on. Guy on the phone was completely rude and didnt want to give me an estimate. Finally he said it would be $600-800 for parts. I told him I priced the parts out with Advance Auto for roughly $200. He said you cant bring your own steak to a steakhouse. Dont waste your time here.

This place is the worst place in rock hill. The manager always lies saying I need other parts and will attempt to say I cant drive until they fix it. They are very dishonest people. Dont be a victim
