Where do I begin?...We came in from out of state to purchase a used car and were on a tight schedule due to business obligations later in the day. The car was waiting in the service area for us to look over when we arrived a half hour early. It had been fully detailed and looked great. They arranged for us to test drive the car even though our salesman had not arrived yet. When we returned from the test drive a service manager asked how the car drove. We said we were very pleased, but had noticed the car had a slight, very slight pull to the left. He immediately pulled the car in and performed an alignment. Our salesman then met us. He had come in on his day off to do the sale. He efficiently coordinated the service personnel while at the same time he arranged for us to see the office personnel to work on the paperwork. The office person had come in to work early to make sure we could stick to our schedule. We quickly completed the paperwork and she quickly and cooperatively agreed to fill out NY paperwork that was almost certainly duplicate of what she had already prepared. A short time later she met us in the showroom with neatly typed NY paperwork. I am not sure how they could have done a better job. Maybe coffee and breakfast pastries. Oh yea, they had that too. We were treated the way you could only dream of. Kudos to the people who orchestrate and work at this dealership.

I have never liked dealing with salemen, but with the exception of Carl, he was excellant, he came off very nice, very personable. He answered all the questions that I had gone in there with and made me feel like I wasnt a pain about it. When we showed him the vehicle we were interested in, he had us take the car for a drive to see how it handled and explained all the options on the vehicle, how to use them and set them up, just full of information about the two vehicles we were looking at. Once we decided on what one we wanted, he did everything possible to get us that vehicle, they call around to see if he could get us exactly what we were looking for and just before we left the dealership they had already located it. We came back in and finished the paperwork. He was one of the most helpful salesmen I had ever had dealings with. We are very pleased with our CTS 2 door coupe and Carl. We have even recieved follow up calls on how we like our new car, which I think is great. Thanks again Sincerely michele and joe

AMAZING! Not only did Allison and the team at Cole Valley patiently await for me at near closing hours, they also made sure to have everything I needed to purchase my Chevy Cruze nice, neat, tight and ready to go!! These people were patient, friendly and above all else, exceptionally kind and out and out honest!! I couldnt be happier and will highly recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to please come see this well oiled team of professionals!! The entire experience was amazing! I was bowled over by the warmth and sincerity of not only Allison, but the entire team! This felt to me to be an enormous blessing, and I couldnt be happier!! Always receive excellent customer service from the Sales Department and Service Department. I have had several recall issues with my vehicle and Skip in service has gone above and beyond to be accommodating to my schedule in getting my car serviced and always making sure I receive a vehicle to drive while mine is being repaired. He is always prepared and I am in and out within minutes making it very easy for me being on a hectic schedule. Joe S. the GM has been exceptional in doing his best with my purchases of all my vehicles and any questions or concerns I may have, he always follows up with me to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I couldnt ask for a better Dealership of people to handle my vehicle purchases and service. Cole Valley is the place!!

My son was buying his first vehicle and after 6+ months of looking, we found a vehicle that fit both what he and I wanted. Do not waste your time by calling the internet department and asking if a vehicle is on the lot. they asked for a name and phone number to set an app time to view the specific vehicle with instructions to ask for a specific person. upon arrival, that person was not working and the vehicle was not there. At this time, zero attempt to correct the situation by either dept. So if you have too much time on your hands and too much gas in your car... go see Cole Valley today!

I have purchased 7 of the last used cars Ive had online and then went to the dealership somewhere in the country to get them and a couple times have been disappointed but that was not the case here at all. I dealt with Gary and he was amazing! He even kept the dealership open an extra half hour for me as it took 6 hours to get there. The car is everything it appeared to be online and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend this dealership!

Dishonest and cannot be trusted! Sold me a new car when they knew the onstar module was not working. My family had an emergency in the winter and we could not call for help. Owner of the dealership was rude and provided horrendous customer service. He doesnt care about you and your family, only covering for his mistakes, do business elsewhere because you deserve better.
