After receiving an over-the-top estimate ($1900) from Firestone in Shaker Heights to replace a cracked exhaust pipe, I had my daughter take our Honda CR-V to C &T Auto Repair. They were very professional and promptly fixed the exhaust problem for $350. They mentioned a couple of unrelated minor issues they found, but I never felt like they were up-selling me -- just offering me their honest opinion. C & T seems to be a very competent and honest garage whose work is fairly priced. My daughter has found her Cleveland area mechanic! (She teaches in Cleveland; but we live in Chicago.)

A fantastic experience every time! No one wants to see a mechanic but Tony and his staff make the process bearable. They are wise, friendly and inexpensive! Ive been to many garages but Tonys is by far the best! Most importantly, you can trust him, which is a rarity in any profession!

Fast, honest service. I had no sense there was (or would be) any attempt at bogus upcharging. If anything, mechanics looked for the cheap solution to issues. Will go here again. Sought this place out on advice of friend because we caught Cedar/Fairmount Firestone in a bald face lie.

dont bother calling, they wont tell you anything over the phone. probably want to charge you for an estimate. i mean, have they never seen an 04 civic that they need to find out what goes into changing an alternator? i declare shenannagins...

These guy are honest, fair, reasonably priced, helpful and fast. You cant really diagnose a problem over the telephone; I know, Im in the repair business myself.

The best place in the city . very honest. fast service, priced right. They know cars and how to fix them. I have been to many repair shops and C&T are the best.
