We have been a regular customer of Val and Bryans at this Tuffy location for about 20 years. We first went to them unexpectedly when my wifes brakes started to seize up on her car while driving with our then little kids through the adjacent Metro park. She was in a panic and pulled into the first service station, this Tuffy. Val quickly took care of the problem while she waited and he didnt even charge her! Since then, through many cars and many years of very satisfied results, we have found that they are competent, courteous, go out of their way to work with customers and can be depended upon to do the job as expected at a fair price.

Called for an estimate and the guy answered the phone rudely, then after he gave the estimate he hung up on me. How you treat me over the phone is probably how you will treat my car. I will pass on this place.
