Loved it. I was in town for a month. It was never crowded and had everything I needed to get a good workout. I would highly recommend it to gym goers that dont like big gyms. Very convenient, get in get out.

A small but hassle-free gym. It has 24 hour access and is rarely ever crowded. The only down side to it is that there is no "cardio room" for you to do any ab workout and, in general, its small.
