I really enjoyed classes at this location. The staff and members are friendly and welcoming. I am extremely intimidated by fitness classes and gyms. However, I felt at ease even though I was unable to do all of the activities. They helped me and encouraged me to do what I could. The workout feels awesome. I need to get back to Born With IT!

Its a great facility with all of the equipment required to train. Its nice to have real fighters who run the classes. Determination, an iron will, and strong resolve are needed in order to effect change in our lives and over come adversity. Chad is a great trainer and boxer. Ashley is very friendly.

The staff is incredibly supportive and inspiring. With their help, I was able to drop 18 pounds and get back down to my high school weight. The classes are small enough that you get real instruction and attention.

I visited this gym for a trial workout. It was a clean facility and the staff was really nice. Pricing was pretty standard. The gym is located in a business complex, so there seemed to be plenty of parking.
