First time we went there because we thought our car door wouldnt close, turned out to just be frozen so they didnt charge us. Next time, we had to get it towed there because it wouldnt start. We were told it was the fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel line. They had the car a total of 1 week. We called and checked up on it and the lady on the phone would page the mechanic but he wouldnt answer. Why couldnt she get up to go get him the next room over, I dont know. And they ripped up, not carefully removed, the speaker wires to I guess work on the car. My husband was saying it was fine because the wires only cost $8. I dont care if they cost $1, it doesnt make it okay for them to destroy it. But then they left the fuse in there which my husband told me was essentially a live wire. How dangerous!

Precision earned my business for life this morning. My four year old son and I arrived this morning for our appointment to have two rear tires installed. Turns out we arrived a half hour early but rather than point that out or make us wait till our time they kindly took my key and promptly got to work on my vehicle. The waiting room is equipped with coffee (which any parent will tell you is the fuel we survive on!), cable TV, lollipops and tootsie rolls, a couple of toy cars, and plenty of seats. This all made the wait fly by and I am very grateful for that. The owners are very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this business!

Stopped just before quitting time in a pinch. In a recent camping trip our exhaust broke on our truck and we needed a repair to get us back in shape. The flange just after the muffler but before tailpipe broke and we were worried about it falling off into our airstream. Guys there cut the pipe and fastened it back on with pipe clamps. Couldnt be happier. Great people to talk to and clean tidy place as well. A+ in my book!
