Piss poor service...Their wait time is ridiculous...if u ever get a chance to schedule an appointment for anything (always busy is their excuse). I recently purchased a used vehicle and did not have it for a entire day and it breaks down, I already stated I heard loud squeaking noise from the brakes. Who ever did the inspection did not realize the hub bearing was not on properly. Had that fixed the next day (took my entire day off to get resolved). I finally get the car back and still hear the noise. I take it back and they state it mustve been a manufacturer defect. It took them an hour to realize the issue and another hour to replace the brakes. His excuse was that brakes take a lomg time to do. I personally has dontlw brakes on my vehicles and does not take 2 hours to complete. Dissatisfied with this company entirely after everything and wouldnt recommend to ANYONE EVER. My vehicle parts are warranted through them, and if this is the type of service I have to deal with, I rather return the car and not deal with it at all. You have been warned....good luck

I got the worse treatment at this particular shop. i drove my car in to get an estimate on what it would cost to have my brakes repaired ( i wanted to compare prices) i decided to get another estimate and was told ok but this price is the most reasonable around. the owner Mr. Ranoni stated he would put my car back together and i could be on my way. Then this happened his employee damaged my car and would not take responsibility for the damage/crash. Needless to say i had to have my car towed away. The owner was very unhelpful i brought my car in one way and i left with my car in worse condition than when i came. There was no offer of restitution from this owner. Im very disappointed at how i was treated at this shop. My only mistake was trusting these people to at least return my car in the condition in which i brought it to them. I would not recommend this shop to anyone ever. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Terrible experience! I brought my truck with stock tires from the factory to this location to swap them out for another set I had laying around. They damaged 1 tire and scratched all 4 wheels. This truck has only ever had rotations and oil changes from the dealer cause they were free with a NEW lease. I was told it was like that when I brought it in. They denied any responsibility and said it could have happened at the factory. Yea right a damaged tire from the factory. I even spoke with the owner and he said the same thing and even added to it. He said I was there to get something for free and that it was apparent. Then said it was my prerogative to call corporate. Do not bring your car there for anything. They cant take care of the most simple of jobs without damaging anything. I dont foresee this location being in business very long if they continue to do this kind of work and treat people the way they do.

My rare wheel started to make noise and visited the shop for an inspection/quotation. I was told that I needed replacement of two pairs of drums, pads, wheel cylinders, liners plus complete flushing of the brake oil for $450. When I came home and reinspected the rare wheels, it was only dusts that made the noise. The pads and drums were good (compared to the new parts I bought) and did not require replacing. It was only the wheel cylinders ($10 for each on Autozone) that needed to be replaced. Their pricing on the parts are x4 expensive as the Autozones and plus additional $100/hr labor charge. Very deceptive and not to trust them.

I came at 1pm and was its packed right now. If I come at 3 I will be fine. I came at 3. I was told oil change and alignment will take 1 hour. After almost 2 and half hours I started walking inside store and tried to sneak at my car. Then guy came and told me we are about to start alignment now. Its gonna be another 20 mins.

I came in with a brake emergency while I was on vacation. The staff was extremely helpful! They were able to get me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.
