I went to the Delaware Walmart Tire and Lube first on 9/17/2016, I asked questions and got a quote for tire replacement. I made an appointment for 9am on 9/18/2016 to have my tires replaced. I arrived early and waited for the shop to open at 9am. Once the doors were open I went inside. A gentleman walked in the same time, without an appointment, for the same service. The service worker took the walk in prior to my appointment. I watched as other men were serviced before other female customers as well. I was told my car was still going to be serviced first, but that was not the case. Several walk-in oil changes were taken while my car sat without an technician working on it, even though I arrived first AND had an appointment. The male walk-in customer even stated he was embarrassed that his car was being serviced before mine. He made a similar comment to the clerk. The male customer was finished and out the door 45 minutes before my car was done. I was at the shop for 2 hours. An 11am, male appointment arrived and his keys were handed directly to the technician. At this point, I made sure to express that it was unacceptable that my appointment time was not honored like the 11am MALE customers appointment. The clerk then proceeded to blame the female technician for the delay on my car and stated the MALE technician was faster. My question is, "Why didnt he get the appointment services then over walk-in services". I will never return to the Delaware Tire and Lube for any service and will not recommend this facility to anyone.

Went to the Walmart Tire & Lube in Delaware, Ohio, twice to have a rotation of tires. The first time they told me that I need to replace all my lug nuts before rotating the tires on my car. I left my telephone number for them to call me after they get the ordered lug nuts. They never called me back. The second time (which was last week), they told me that my car needs a front end alignment before the tires can be rotated. I went to a couple of full-service auto shops, but was told that they see no front end alignment problem.

Been going here for years. Save me time and money. Reliable friendly and fast service. I have 5 kids driving all different cars and I give them the credit card, tell them to go get pit stop oil change at Walmart, and I just sit back and relax. All those crybaby snowflakes can go spend four times as much someplace else and get the same service. Ill stick to Walmart. Thank you fellas for reliable service over the years.

It cost me 1000 dollars and 45 mins at tire discounters, and after a month the back left tire kept losing air and tire discounters wouldnt fix it plus they are pushy and rude. It cost 400 dollars and 2 hrs at wal mart the staff is fast and friendly but understaffed. They are thorough and professional (I watched them the whole time) and no problems to speak of! Great place will be back!
