We had out car at kumler for a window accident which wasnt our fault. This was month ago, and still to this day i am finding glass in our car in sinple and harder to get to places. I have pictures from my cleaning my car out today(whoch i wish i could post) where piles of glass were found, under my floor mats, under the seats, in my trunk/gas release latchs, in the side pockets of the car. I have had glass stuck in my hands, elbows(from working on and cleaning my car), and in my dogs paws. They also tried to say our automatic window wasnt working before but there was glass stuck in the seals. When you open our doors you can hear the glass rattling in it still. They claimed they spent over 3 hours cleaning it, and there is absolutely no way becuase i spend typically 30 to 45 mins vaccuming when i clean my car about once a month and find handfuls of glass each time. I will never reccommend them ever and be sure to check your car before you accept it back!!

While Kumler is a reliable and trusted repair shop I am greatly dissatisfied with their customer service. I have never been an collision accident before and when I took in my vehicle (unsure of how the whole process would go) they were extremely rude and made me feel so embarrassed. No customer should ever feel that awful when paying hard earned money for a service. I dont know if I was treated this way because Im a young female or if I should just chalk it up to their employees having a bad day, but I will never be taking a vehicle to this company again now that I have more experience.

Howie and his team did an amazing job on getting my SUV in and back on the road in time for us to enjoy our vacation. From the moment I called they sprang into action to get a transmission on premisis and installed. The vechicle preformed as intended including towing a large trailer 1200 miles. Our vaction went off as planned thanks to Howie and the team at Kulmers. 5 stars only scratch the surface of this top knotch organization. Lancaster is fortunate to have an asset like Kugler Collision and Automotive.

I have been using Kumler since 1984. Thankfully, it is the automotive shop and not the collision shop that sees me on a regular basis. I have not returned any car to the dealer. Howie and Josh have done all service and I have never had to return for a correction or mistake. They inform me of the cost before the work is done and my comparisons with other places puts them at or below costs. I love the reliability and the safety check they perform regularly.

Howie and his crew have taken care of multiple vehicles for us and our grandchildren over several years. The attitude on phone conversations, atmosphere at the shop and the service we have had done has always been above an "A" grade. We trust them and rely on their suggestions. Howie is not only our old neighbor but our trusted advisor when it comes to vehicle maintenance. I only wish Kumler could do warranty work as well.

Excellent service. First time going here and I had a great experience. The guy called and informed me what was wrong and how much it would be and let me know before he did anything, asked what my budget was and it was way over and he was very nice and understanding of my situation. Definitely will be my designated repair shop if anything were to happen to my car in the future.

Very friendly, very quick, absolutely top notch work performed at Kumler. The only negative about Kumler is that sometimes they can be a little more expensive than other shops, but it is usually worth it. The best part about Kumler is that you know the job will be done the right way. And when you have a family riding around in your car, that is very important.

My dad has worked there for 11 its a bit on the expensive end but they do the best work in town I will go there for my automotive needs if you need automotive work ask for Josh to do it
