I mailed out a letter back in September revoking payment arrangements by debiting my bank account. They confirmed that they had received the letter via email. They have not done their due diligence by removing my account information per my request and as a consumer (as we all) have rights. I have filed a complaint with BBB, Consumer Generals Office for not just this particular incident - but from them going against our contract and debiting money early on September 1st, instead of arrangements for September 5th. Also from not releasing me from my contract as people are letting other people in late in the evenings when no staff is present and due to dirty equipment/unusable equipment, as well as the most current incident with my bank account. You want to be an "Anytime Fitness?" Hire people to maintain the building at night, or close your doors. It is becoming unsafe for those of us who have to work late in the evenings and want to work out thereafter. Also hire people who will do their due diligence with bookkeeping. Maintain customer relationships by keeping your equipment clean and in good standing.

Me and my wife have memberships there. We pay 72 per month for both of us and have been for over a year now. We have called to cancel since ive become a truck driver since so im gone and my wife stays with the baby so we cant go there anymore. The lady that we talked to while signing the contracts said we could cancel anytime for a 100 dollar fee. But they now say we are locked into the contracts. Besides this when we were still going once we declined the personal trainers they try to upsell you on they went from nice and friendly to ignoring us. At least planet fitness is cheaper when they screw you.

Negative stars! Ive been trying to cancel my membership here for the past year and I cant get a response. They say I need to stop in the store to cancel but I moved out of Ohio 2 years ago. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. How am I going to cancel my membership if no one responds to me. You are ROBBING me every month for my membership I have tried to cancel multiple times. DONT NOT ATTEND ANYTIME FITNESS OHIO!

This is the best place around to get your sweat on! I just love the staff here. Not too big, but not too small. Has personal shower rooms. Group classes and personal training available or get your cardio in using one of the many treadmills, elipticals or steppers. New to gyms? Staff is fun, knowledgeable and easy to work with. No matter your fitness level ATF has an option for you.

Love this gym. One of the reasons I love it because it is never overcrowded, so you always have access to any equipment you might need. They have anything you need for lifting purposes, a bunch of different ways to work on cardio, and a few iso machines. The manager is very nice and always says hello, and he has a friendly relationship with many people I see working out.

I was out of town on business for a couple of days and stopped in as a guest visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The equipment nice and laid out well. Would definitely recommend.
